I would highly recommend this company. Workers very nice and helpful. After they removed the broken branches, I asked them to cut a few more dead limbs down and they willingly removed them with no problem and only added a small fee. They cleaned everything up very nice and did a great job!

He comes out and leaves us a card when he's done. He comes out once a month. They've done okay. I think we're getting all that we want. Quality has been good.

I paid about $1,100 on the job. They were pleasant and professional. They seemed to listen carefully to what I wanted and proceeded to do the work immediately. They cleaned up the area where they had piled the dirt. They did not leave anything behind. They did a lot of maintenance work that I could not do. They were professional and they did exactly what I asked them to do. They were timely. Their bid was not the lowest; it was reasonable for the amount of work that needed done. They were very patient. They let me walk around the yard and point out all the different things I wanted them to do. They had to fit me in to their schedule as I was having other works done at my place. They certainly are not a high-end company, but what I needed done did not require a top-of-the-line company. They were able to give me the kind of work that I wanted. I was not looking for a designer. I would use them again in the future.

The most difficult part was the scheduling. Due to recent storms in the area, Paul was busy with storm clean-up jobs. Once a date was established, though, everything went great. Paul and 4 workers showed up and went to work. They finished quite quickly. My only complaint was due to lack of knowledge on my part. I presumed that after grindng the stump they would take away the wood chips. They did an excellent job of piling them up - but a huge mound of chips was left in my yard. I then hired them to clean that up and plant a tree at a later date. The 'B' in professionalism was only due to lack of updates as to when they would arrive. All other contact with this company and all of the workers encountered was a definate 'A'.
