Installed porch in 2016 with a 15 year warranty. After 3 years began to fall apart. Stacked stones are cracking and falling out. Top slates separated, sunk in middle and heaved on the sides. Tried multiple times to have him just come over and look at it. He never showed up multiple times. Now that it is dangerous I filed a Small Claims complaint. He never showed up for that either. Not only would I like it fixed. I'm also concerned that he does this to more people and continues to get away with it. It's time to stop these unscrupulous contractors and they be held accountable. As a senior, I'm tired of getting taken advantage of with little to no recourse.

Terrible. Had front porch completely removed and replaced with a slate top and runners and stacked stone veneer. Work done in 2016. Have a 15 year warranty. Top slates loose. Stacked stone veneer cracking and falling off. Spoke to Brian the owner who said he would stop, review and make repairs. Never showed up and now does not return any messages.

I reached out to the owner after I purchased my voucher and at first, he was responsive and scheduled an appointment to come out and view the yard. After that, he went MIA. He said he would come out the next week and was a no show. When I tried to follow up, it took several attempts and then he said an employee was sick and another got hurt and he didn't have the ability to come out. He stalled me long enough for 30 days to expire and did nothing. I then complained to Angie's List and then suddenly 3 random workers showed up to my house the next day with no advance warning and no clear directions on what to do while I was at work and my elderly mom was home alone! Needless to say I was livid and I demanded a refund from the company. Professionalism was sorely lacking with this company and the owner did not even have the decency to contact me even after I spoke to a worker on the phone to tell him to leave my home and have the owner call me first before he send anyone out again. Of course, that did not happen.

Brian and his crew did an amazing job in the predicted amount of time. After job was done, they performed a spring cleaning as well and our back yard looked amazing! We are planning to work with Bryan next year to complete the rest of the back yard.

In May, I bought the deal which was $200 for 4 Hours of Work. Days passed with no response. Called the provider. Received a return call indicating that they're too busy, but will fit me into the schedule eventually. Waited around stupidly for further contact. And that was it. No more contact, and work never done. It's August now, and I think it's safe to say I've long been forgotten. I called Angie's List for a refund but was told no because more than 30 days have passed since I purchased the deal. This provider is too busy for my work. Won't bother them again.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], Sorry we are just seeing your response at this time. Angie's List has been redoing their interface and we have had problems receiving our regular text's and email communication through the portal. As you can say we haven't gotten any. As this is the first time we were able to locate and go in our back office to review our profile. As we need the back office to keep track of scheduling and purchases, and some things we still can't get to. For the inconvenience of this, we would like to offer you a $200 voucher towards a fall cleanup this season or spring leaf cleanup for the next season. Very sorry for this convenience. Please let us know which one you would like. Sincerely, Brian"

Yard looked manicured when it was done. Really excellent work. They are not the cheapest, but for the money spent, they are the best value. I found one of the guys pulling weeds out of my garden without my asking. Just because he saw weeds. INCREDIBLE
It was an amazing experience. We had been burnt by a landscape designer just recently and were ready to just scrap the whole project. I reached out to Brian after reading some positive reviews on Angie's List. I contacted 4 different companies in total and Professionally Green was the only company we could put trust in, they were not the least expensive, but far from the priciest. They contacted us immediately and walked us through the whole project while listening to our every concern. We were concerned we wouldn't beat the weather but his team worked tirelessly to complete a better than expected outdoor landscape for us. Brian was on the site every day, a rarity from most other companies, and even accommodated a picky request to change a part of the demolition half way through. I even drove home so that I could explain what I wanted to be completed but there was no need, they already took care of it for me and went above and beyond. Brian and his team really listen to everything we asked for and made it happen. We got more than we asked for, whatever he promised he over delivered.
They went right to work when they arrived and didn't stop until they
were done. Brian, owner, is very professional and came to see that the
job was going well. I have so much confidence in him I asked him to
quote on a new front path. I would definitely use them again for
landscaping and masonry.
We began discussions in November and I knew Brian was our guy because he was very easy to get ahold of, ask questions to, etc. which made it a lot easier for a First Time Homeowner who has NO CLUE what they're doing! I had gotten several people, some quotes higher, some lower but ultimately I chose the person I trusted to do the job. Also other Hardscapers did not offer any kind of faulty warranty, and actually laughed when I asked. Brian offered the warranty for cracked Techobloc and replacement which shows he trusts the work he does.
Our project wasn't just a cosmetic fix, the walkways were very badly beaten up (and I think they previously used kitchen tile?!) we had sloping issues with the current patio where it was running water TOWARDS our already flood-capable Basement, and also it was very uneven. The Steps to the side were crumbling, and there was a hole in the ground underneath as well as water damage throughout.
Brian gave us ideas but never pressured to move forward with them ie: extending the front porch, doing double sided steps in the back, etc.
I threw a lot of 'design' ideas towards him, including my disgust of white concrete aprons for the driveways. He put a dye in it and colored it a sandy color to make it cohesive with our walkway, etc.
Our other contractors are always complimenting the work and that says a lot, as it's easy for me to say it but from professionals themselves it reassures me, going with Brian was the right thing to do!
Also, we apparently got a discount for signing the contract in the wintertime!

Shovels hit the ground October 21, 2014. By the middle of November it was getting cold, and by December it was downright freezing. Brian?s crew showed up regardless of the weather at 7:30A and were very appreciative of the tea that we offered to take off the morning chill. By January, due to the weather, work basically stopped. They had been able to install all of the pavers, the steps, seating wall, and pillars ? but no blue stone caps.
As most of you will recall, it was a long cold winter, which seemed to last forever. By May, when we still didn?t have a definitive date to resume work, we were getting inpatient. To Brian?s point, all the nurseries were delayed in getting plants and the entire season was basically delayed. Our drop-dead date was June 21st for a graduation party for our daughter. About 3 weeks before, Brian and the crew returned. Brian?s wife did an awesome job overseeing the planting of several hundred perennials on the hill. Blue stone was coming in, we were just waiting for the counter top. Unbelievably, when they went to the foundry to pick it up, the fork lift dropped it shattering our much anticipated blue stone to bits! Brian called me and assured me he was on it and come h*** or high water everything would be done in the next 2 weeks! And it was?
Although there were some annoyances, which we think could have been avoided with a bit more oversight, like the electrical socket having to be moved from a place that was an eyesore, Brian responded and in the end addressed everything. Glad we got the 2 year guarantee on plants. Some will need to be replaced and the sod isn't looking great right now with all the heat. But we'll want to call Brian back anyway for fall and spring maintenance.
Without hesitation we?d recommend Professionally Green.
The work met or exceeded our expectations. The solutions were more thorough than others at a competitive price. Communication regarding start time could have been better, but good contractors are in demand. We recommend Professionally Green and look forward to working with them on some landscaping proposals.
Brian and Professionally Green did a great job and we are asking them to do more in the coming Spring.
Our old steps and retaining walls were due to overhaul and we were very lucky to have Brian and his crew to perform the works. Although my wife and I knew that we like to have something beautiful, we did not know how to articulate the specifics. Brian totally filled in the gap. He advised the options and provided us a good idea of how it would look like when completed.
Whenever we have questions or concerns, Brian is very patient to listen and to explain. Carlos, Brian's mason, is meticulous in his works. He also has good eyes for landscaping. For one example, our retaining wall stretches from the house to the street. Carlos made a beautiful transition from one end that is higher to the other end that is lower. For another example, our old front walkway had an isolated step. Carlos took the measure and suggested to remove it because he could compensate it by adding another step to the retaining wall steps. We followed his advice and the result was fabulous. We have the whole front walkway smoothly laid out from the front steps to the retaining wall steps.
Particularly worth mentioning, because of our cultural background, we emphasized not to have any sharp angles among all the stone works. Brian delivers what we want. All the turns of the stone and paver works are curved nicely. We are very satisfied with Brian's ability to deliver his promise to us.
Brian cares about his works and what he delivers to his customers. We can trust him. We are asking Brian again to come back and work on our driveway in the coming Spring.
