Professional Pool Service

Terrible service! Promised the work would be done in a week after paying half down. Materials delivered and then nothing until the next week. 3 weeks later, we are still waiting for special cleaning of tile grout, something we paid $200 extra for, to complete the job. After calls and texts, no response until another number used! When we got a call back, the call mysteriously "dropped" when my husband responded. Called right back and no response. Placing a bad review for a small business owner is not something we do easily, but we certainly would not like anyone else to go through what we have. People claim to be Christian and you think you are going to be treated in a Christian manner, or at least like they would want to be treated, and it doesn't happen. Will report to the better business bureau as well.

the service was amazing! i proceed waters for the workers. they were all so nice and pleasant to work with. the pool <br />came out exactly how my family envisioned it.

Before my pool was very dirty and muddy my pool now looks very beautiful, I was very impressed with the results. They were also very punctual which I liked.. I will be contacting them again for any service I may need on my pool again. It's like I have a new pool all over again!

It went great. Everything was on time. Nothing took longer than what David said. I recommend him for everyone to use him and his team.

I must say they did it in a very timely manner I would recommend them to anyone.

The renovation went really really good I was very happy with the service David is a very funny guy and also his guys are too they all were awesome and every time David came to the job he made me feel really comfortable he took the time out to go over all the details with me from tile selection to the paver selection as well as the pebble tec soulection all the colors blend in and just like I imagined it to be an oasis but what really stood out at me was his tile guy paul he made me feel really comfortable and he was very meticulous in his workmanship you can tell he loved what he did and it made me feel even more comfortable and it ensure that the job will look its best as if he lived there so I couldn't ask for anything more than that overall the whole crew was amazing they get 5 stars in my book and I will recommend them over and over again I'm very happy and very pleased thank you Dave's pools

Did an outstanding and I would recommend utilizing this provider for all pool work.

He did a pretty good job. It turned out to be pretty good, I was very pleased with it. The only thing I had a problem with him was that he said he was going to be here a certain day and he had to call to cancel. That was the only problem that I had with him. But after they started the job, it was start to finish. He was charging more, but I brought him down. I said, "I can't afford to pay more than this." The pricing was good. I think it was like pebble stone with diamond brite. I think the quality was good. If I leave a message, he would call me back right away.

There was debris in the drainage system from when he resurfaced the pool. He stated that he wanted to talk to the person who maintains our pool. He spoke with the guy, and stated he would come back to address the issue. He was supposed to replace other parts of the kiddie pool, but has not come back. <br /> <br /> When he was fixing the parts on the pool, he borrowed a few tools and never returned them. I called him and he said he would come back to finish the job and bring back the tools but he never showed up. I have since tried calling him and have not heard anything back.

They seemed to do a good job with the resurfacing. They did not clear the deep drain, as they promised. On the deep end of the pool, they made the skimmer gate inoperable. I have tried to contact him and he will not return my phone calls or emails. I am disappointed with him.

Got three estimates from people and picked him. Everybody spoke English. They were on time and were here when they said they were suppose to be. They were very professional and they answered all of my questions patiently.

Wonderful! Dave was up front with costs, cautioned me that until they tore into the area, no way to know how much damage or how extensive the repair. He found that the bottom drain was cracked & partially dry rot, so replaced it. Replaced both my light fixtures & just charged for parts. Made several extra trips out to finish small details. Never had to call them about anything, they were prompt & professional and they finished ahead of schedule...

They were very professional, quick and went above and beyond. After I'd hired them, David volunteered to finish draining and cleaning the leaves out of the pool (it had been sitting for several years, and there were a lot) at no extra charge. I had planned on doing that myself, and one of the other companies I got a quote from was going to charge me $350 for that. During the work, David discovered that the drain/plug thing at the bottom of the pool was damaged. He explained that he could replace it at minimal cost but it would be significantly more expensive if I did it later. I asked him to go ahead and replace it, and he did. When they were done, David put some chemicals in the pool, again at no extra charge, to keep it in good shape until the pumps and filters could be replaced. In short, David and crew did a great job, and I'd highly recommend them... Oh year, they did give me a 5% discount on the work because of Angie's list's coupon.

We called Dave for an estimate and he came over the same day. He showed us samples and explained the process and gave us a written estimate with a fax number to use if we decided to accept his bid. We waited until we were sure we had the financing and then faxed him the acceptance sheet. It was about two weeks before he was able to schedule us, but the work was completed in less than a week.

David worked hard to find the same tile that we already had in our pool to match (and of course the cost would be lower for us). The tile is over 20 years old and we were not able to find one. He spent the time with me to find a tile close to the others tiles on the next row into our pool. He and his workers worked hard to finish the job as stated. The clean up was perfect and we were able to re-fill our pool sooner than I thought. I will always be able to recommend them highly.
