Scott and his crew were quick to respond, got the parts needed quickly, and the job done and cleaned up after. We could not ask for a better job! Highly recommend for weekly pool service but also for pool resurface and repair. After almost 30 years of service we have never been disappointed. Reliable, pleasant and fair! We are not family but would be proud to be related.

They were excellent, they always shows up on time and always does a great job, we have been using them for 10 years, they service residential and commercial pools.

Great at regular maintenance. I have to followup with owner a couple of times when there is a new equipment issue, but the work is done well once he responds.

This was not the first time I used Scott Phillips for pool work so I was obviously happy. The tiles on the top edge of the pool were cracking, falling off and frankly just looked dated. Scott made suggestions and directed me to the tile distributed he uses to pick out tiles. We knew that the pool did not need resurfacing and not once did Scott suggest it as a previous company did. All work was performed on a timely basis and the pavers look great. I've heard about how messy it would be but Scott and his crew did a good job of cleaning it up. And 2 years later, it still looks great! <br />

Did a great job finishing the pool. It is really beautiful. After it was done we had a leak that kept draining a large amount of water daily. Scott came back every day for a week until the problem was solved. the problem was around the main light. He kept getting in the pool to find the problem. He did and outstanding job and I would recommend him toanyone. <br />

Scott's company has serviced our pool for years, but recently the quality of the service has taken a significant turn for the worse. <br /> Over the last two months, the pool water has degraded. The pool is leaking, and I asked Scott to arrange for a leak detection service to look at the pool. This never happened, but he continued to use the leak as an excuse not to properly service the pool. <br /> It has now been at least three weeks without any service. The pool is green. When the leak detection service that I hired arrived today, they were unable to perform their services because the pool water wasn't clear. <br /> I will be looking for a new pool service. <br />

Scott was prompt in calling and coming over for an estimate. He was friendly and nice and talked about what we could and couldn't do. He was very open to what we wanted and willing to help out. <br /> <br /> When we finally decided on who and when to do this pool resurfacing, Scott was able to get us scheduled for the next week. He came and went over what he was going to do and the cost, and took a 1/3 deposit. They showed up Monday morning, as promised, and started working. The workers were polite, respectful and good at their jobs. Each day they cleaned up any garbage and left the place looking good. When we asked questions, and watched them working they were more than happy to explain what they were doing. Scott himself was here each day, even though he was not the one actually doing the labor. <br /> <br /> We decided that we would replace our filter too, as it was 22 years old. He recommended a DE filter and gave us a great price. He came and brought the filter, installed it himself and even fixed one of our valves, and replaced an O ring on our Chlorinator. As far as I am concerned Scott went above and beyond anything I expected. <br /> <br /> The day after the surface was applied, Scott came by himself and made sure any of the dry mix was washed off our driveway and down to the sewer so no neighbors would drive through the puddle and track onto their driveway. You don't see this kind of care very often - Scott is great. <br /> <br /> Another thing that impressed me is that Scott or one of his workers is coming by 3 or 4 times a week to brush the pool and check the chemicals to make sure the surface cures properly. This is something that was sorely lacking the first time we did a resurface of the pool, and one of the things we had talked about. Scott tells me that he believes that in order for the job to wind up perfect he needs to take the extra time to make sure that follow up is done correctly. I sincerely appreciate that. <br /> <br /> I couldn't be more pleased with the job that has been done. The price was the best we got and Scott is wonderful! I would recommend Scott Phillips, Professional Pool Services of Central Florida to anybody who needs to get their in-ground swimming pool resurfaced and wants a GREAT job.

Terrible. They left a large black stain in my pool that they refused to remove. The owner, Scott Phillips, would not return phone calls.

I hired this company because I thought they were reasonable in pricing. They were very hard working and fixed everything very quickly. I liked the fact that they were detailed with everything that they did. The workers were very nice as well. I am not commenting on the exact price for this service.

THEY'RE GOOD. THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY TELL ME THEY ARE GOING TO DO. THEY KEEP MY POOL LOOKING GOOD. I RARELY SEE THE PEOPLE WHO DO THE WORK. I KNOW WHO THEY ARE, AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

IT'S AN EXCELLENT SERVICE AND AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THAT IS WHY WE KEPT THEM. IT WAS A GOOD PRICE. I CHECKED AROUND. THERE ARE A LOT OF POOL COMPANIES AROUND HERE. IT WAS COMPARABLE TO WHAT OTHER PEOPLE CHARGE.
