After less than 1/2 work, replacing what Home Depot would charge $10 for, the company charged $275. We called the office and they reduced the price to $200. If you use them be sure to check their prices first.

Horribly. Didn't do what was asked and then charged $79 service charge, which my wife paid, not knowing the problem. I have called repeatedly with zero replies.

"You called on 3/25 we scheduled you on 3/26, and we were there when we said we would be. Our tech checked the pool systems. We did not find there to be any issues with the pool piping. We did not snake your pool drain, because you dont snake pool piping, its connected to the pool equipment and could damage it. We came out to see if we could help, you where not there and no one really could explain what was even the problem. You were charged a fair $75 service charge, which was refunded anyway."

We noticed our 20+ year old tank started leaking and seeping into the rest of our home. We called and they were at our house in just over an hour to assess the problem. They gave us a quick, open, honest opinion of what the problem was and the best (and quickest) way to go about fixing it. They were back first thing the next morning and were in and out quickly. They communicated well whenever we had any questions, were polite, on time, and experts in their work. Would definitely recommend.

The plumber showed up exactly on time. He was professional and evaluated the work to be done and gave me a price before beginning the job.  The plumber (Boyd) was very friendly and got right to work to complete the job.  He took away all the plumbing debris and the the job neat and completed.  I would definitely hire them again. <br />

I called Professor Plumb at 8am with a cracked pipe.  The leak was behind the siding of my house near the outdoor water spigot.  Two very qualified gentleman showed up within two hours of my call and were able to isolate the problem immediately.  They were professional, friendly, and not only fixed the leak but replaced it with a spigot that was better (and more secure) than the original.  They accessed the area from inside the house to avoid damage to my siding and when they were done cleaned up every bit of dust and debris.  I was extremely pleased with their service and the overall results.  I would highly recommend Professon Plumb to others and will definhitely call them again for any plumbing problems/jobs I may have. <br />

I phoned Professional Plumb and Ernie (owner) answered. I described the situation and he said he could replace it same day. This was about 2:30 in the afternoon.  He came over within the hour with a new water heater and had it replaced in a matter of an hour and a half.  The water heater was in a tight spot between the air handler and a work bench. He did have to cut out the condensate drain piping on the air handler to remove and replace the water heater.  But he replaced/re-plumbed the condensate drain line at no charge. Excellent service and we thank Ernie very much.

I called Professor Plumb when I started receiving higher than normal water bills. When I called them they were able to come out the same day and look for the problem. I love their purple trucks and their technician was very professionial, clean, and knowledgable. As it turned out we needed a house re-pipe due to a leak in our old pipes. They told us up front how much the job was going to cost before they began any work. The price was fair so we scheduled the job and once it began, they worked not stop to ensure that we were'nt without water for long. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber. <br /> <br /> <br />

I was quite surprised when the owner of the company answered the phone when I called. Ernie was very professional and sent his guy over within an hour or two. Although Ernie did not perform the actual work, his employee was very professional and knowledgeable. Ernie (the owner) even came by to check on the job! My Dad was a custom home builder and was always heavily involved in his jobs and in contact with the owners so I appreciate that type of pride of ownership. All in all a very positive experience. It probably was not the cheapest route I could have gone but I got good quality equipment installed "the right way". Again, from my history with the way my Dad ran his business I much prefer to pay a fair price for quality. That is what I got with Professor Plumb. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again anytime soon but, if I do, I will definitely call Professor Plumb. <br />
