Pro Flooring did an excellent job. Project: Removal of carpet from living room, dining room, bedroom, bedroom closet and replace with engineered hardwood floor. Approx area is 500 square feet. Cesar was very responsive. I visited his office/showroom to discuss the project and also to choose the flooring. Even though I had done my research Cesar was very helpful in pointing out the pros and cons of floating vs other types. The crew that did the installation did an excellent job starting early morning and finishing about 6 PM. I would have no hesitation in using Pro Flooring on future projects. I thought the installation costs were reasonable and in line with my research. Of course the material costs will depend on the flooring the buyer chooses..

Job was completed on time with all furniture placed back.

Profloors123 was great to work with and I'll summarize why 1) Great first impression - Caesar came to my home, gave me an estimate answered my questions and was ready to work. He didn't try to upsell me or talk my ear off about his greatness. He wanted to know what I wanted and told me what he could to do best accomplish the job. He left me with samples and said let him know when I was ready. Prices were in-line with other vendors. 2) Excellent communication skills. My estimates came over clearly marked, easy to understand and clear break down. I knew what was going to happen next and when. I had to move the install date a few times and there were materials that were ordered. Communication was in sync and flowed over multiple channels easily. 3) Excellent quality of work and materials. The materails I wanted are the actual materials, no bait and switch, no excuses. The installer was very skilled, said he's been doing it for more than 10+ years and it shows. The fibers were laid in the same direction so the color of the carpet looks the same when the light hits it. Stairs had the edge ribboned. No high/low spots and the carpet was stretched well, no tack marks. The guys worked very hard, I even offered to get them lunch; they refused and kept working. Cleaned up very good too. That is my 123. I hope not to need carpet again but if I do I'll be looking for this company to do the work.

Cesar (owner) and his crew were very responsive, ultra-professional, and their work was well executed at a very fair price. Lower cost and higher quality carpet than the other quote I got from a popular carpet shop in town. The entire experience exceeded my expectations--which were already high based on the reviews I'd seen here. I will be using them again next time I need flooring. I'm usually suspicious of reviews showing "all A's" but these guys earned it honestly.

The 2 person crew arrived on time and completed the project in one day as promised. Hector called about mid way to ensure everything was moving as expected.

Pro Flooring did a great job. They were professional, very easy to work with and their pricing was competitive. Cesar was responsive and always spent the time to answer all of my questions. The crew was respectful - they moved our heavy furniture and appeared to make a conscious effort to not damage anything. They were patient when we took forever to pick out our stain. Pro Flooring completed the work when they said it would be done and they did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend Pro Flooring if you want to install hardwood floors or need work done on your hardwood floors.

AWESOME!!! From the time Cesar stepped foot into my house to give me an estimate to the time his crew left my home! Job done in 1 day! I went with the top 3 recommendations on Angie's list for estimates on the job and no one else topped his customer service and quality laminate!!Couldn't be more happier with his service! Cesar even came on a weekend to provide me with more samples I could keep til I decided on the color. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! My floor!!! Excellent service! A+

Cesar provides the best price and craftsmanship that is absolutely second to none. Everyone I receive a quote, he’s hands down the most reasonable and responsive. I enjoyed his work on my bathroom tile flooring install so much, I only went to him for my second job to install luxury vinyl in a newly contracted hallway and room. We’re preparing to remodel our entire master bath next year and he’ll be the one I call for sure. Thanks, Cesar!!!

The job went great! Cesar and his employees were on time and left our home in good condition when they left. You can not see where the repairs were made and they worked fast and were very friendly.

Cesar and his crew were very responsive and professional. Everything was smooth, from setting up an appointment for an in house consultation to setting a date for installation to the installation itself. Though I was a bit uncertain about vinyl plank, which I had never tried before, the results look phenomenal. And the flooring cost less and created less dust than alternatives. And the workmanship is very good. I would definitely hire them again for a similar project and would refer Pro Flooring to a good friend.

My house is less than 2 years old and we discovered buckling in the carpet in almost all upstairs room. Cesar came out and gave an estimate and was so professional. he gave me his business card as he entered the door. The work was completed Saturday with the agreed upon price. I highly recommend Cesar and his company

Amazing work done by Cesar and his crew! I would first start off by stating that Cesar made the estimation process so simple and inclusive. My wife and I originally had a style of carpet in mind but through the Q&A process, Cesar helped us decide on something more functional and durable (we have 2 dogs and unfortunately, 1 of them has a nervous "digging" reaction" which made us switch our original thought on style). He is extremely knowledgeable about all types of flooring and his ability to gain your trust is one of the main reasons we chose his company! We plan on refinishing our hardwood services (which is the remainder of the house) next year and he will be the first and only call we make for that work!
