Luxury Vinyl Flooring - Install - Materials Provided by Consumer
I hired Pro Flooring Care LLC, working with Mario Diaz, to install approximately 1,800 sq. ft. of LVP flooring for a total cost of $26,875.54, The installation was completed in January 2022. By October 2023, the floors were buckling. Multiple flooring professionals attributed the failure to improper surface preparation, and the padding installed beneath the LVP was found to have trapped moisture and contributed to a mold problem. My son experienced health symptoms, and I ultimately had to replace the entire floor. Pro Flooring Care replaced one section but refused to resolve the underlying problem despite multiple opportunities. On October 2, 2026, I replaced all the flooring at a cost exceeding the original investment. I am extremely disappointed with the workmanship and lack of resolution. I strongly encourage homeowners to verify insurance coverage, installation methods, and warranties before hiring this company.

The Team at Pro Flooring Care did a fantastic job in my house. Mario was awesome to work with, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He and his crew were on time and the work was done quickly & I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves when the work was completed. I would definitely recommend Pro Carpet Care!

Pro Flooring Care did an amazing job! They removed and replaced the flooring my pets ruined. My home looks (and smells) new again. They exceeded my expectations by doing an exceptional job in just one day. They arrived on time, gave me a great price and made my home beautiful again. I am definitely using them to replace the upstairs flooring next. I will recommend them to all of my family and friends!
