There was a hiccup in my experience. Enough "waste" was not ordered, so a job that was supposed to be completed in 2 days, took a week and a half. While having my house in disarray for an extended period of time was a pain, ProFloors did make my job a priority in getting it completed. Now that everything is completed, I am very happy with the process and product. I plan to use ProFloors when we are ready for new carpet.

I had a water leak that leaked all night and flooded our bathroom. I saw their signs on the side of the road and called for a estimate. A project manager came out that day and measured our bathroom. He informed me that they were having a sale on vinyl and had some in stock that I might be interested in. I couldn't go to the showroom because of my work schedule so they brought the samples to my house! I really liked the vinyl they had on sale so I chose that. The next day, they had their installers there to get to work. Within a couple hours they were finished and gone. They cleaned up after themselves and at times, It was like they were never there. It took over a week for my bathroom to dry out. After that, I called them on a Monday and I had new vinyl by Wednesday! They were very responsive and knowledgeable about their products too.
