Feb 10 signed and gave a deposit with this company based on the reviews here. April 16, they decided that they didn’t want the job after repeated calls since Feb. about a start date. Sales representative was very apologetic but now I am scrambling for a new roofer, waiting for my deposit back and hopefully it can be done before we get into the Florida rainy season. Clearly their contract works one way and disappointed doesn’t even begin to convey how I feel about this debacle.

David Rios and crew replaced our roof. They were a hard-working and fast crew who got the job done in just one day. Our house had some older, broken solar panels on the roof from the early 70's, and they were able to remove them and repair the damage they had caused from the way they were set up. The roof had bad wind damage from storms and had to be replaced. Our roof vents were outdated, and they replaced them with a much better looking ridge vent. We have a fairly expensive skylight, and they were able to work with it with no problem. Other companies all said we would have to replace it with one they sold us. Roofing is dirty, hard work that creates a lot of trash, but when they left there wasn't a single piece of trash on the yard. They even swept it with a magnetic roller to pick up any nails or other metal bits they may have missed. David was on site all day with his crew, checking in and explaining things as they worked. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a roof.

All appointments were made and kept. Workers showed up on time and worked very efficiently and work was quickly done. Team worked **** ** clean-up.

ProFormance Roofing took a photo showing that the problem was really a hole in my stucco. 3 other roofing companies wanted to charge me $1800 + to tear up the section of roof and replace it; none of them mentioned the stucco as the culprit. Interestingly, Performance was the only company I had come to give me an estimate that came out with two guys; one to go inside my attic and the other on the roof. This is how they confirmed the leak was coming from the stucco. None of the other companies wanted to go in the attic to look at the problem.

I called ProFormance roofing when  I noticed a leak in my roof. I  spoke with one of the owners that morning.  They had a crew out within a few hours. They fixed the problem that same day. This company was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable I would highly recommend them.

Frank and Dustin were in constant contact with my wife and I during the whole process. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, work ethic and honesty during our job. Not only were the two owners in constant contact with us they took it up another level when they came out to complete the repair job themselves. Most of all I was impressed with the time they spent with me afterwards explaining how they repaired our issues and physically showing me. These guys went above and beyond in every "category" they were extremely prompt and were on the job early when the day came for the repair to be done. Frank and Dustin treated us like we were their family. Proformance Roofing will be the only roofing company we ever use or recommend from here on out. Proformance roofing did a great job.  They were on time, courteous and professional. The price was significantly less than my other bids. The roof is beautiful and the house looks like a new home.  I would definitely recommend them.

I can say that it could have not gone better.  I give them an A+++ <br /> They showed up on time on Thursday with their team of 6 and the project manager and had the old roof removed in hours and replaced the damaged wood.  This is a 66 year old home and had 1"X 10"planking not plywood and they were so profession replacing the planking. <br /> So on day one the old roof was removed, the new under layer was installed and inspected. On day two, the shingles were delivered early in the morning, and the new roof was installed completely and cleaned up by late afternoon. <br /> In the last 6 or sever re-roofs I have had done, this one was the easiest. The house looks amazing now.  I can.t say anything negative, because it could go any better.The next day the Orange County inspector came out and signed off on the job. I even paid them...lol.
