They did a good job.

Company placed 5 piers in 2017 with lifetime warranty. Now have a large crack in home. An employee assessed situation in November 2022 and indicated they would fix the problem. Multiple emails and phone calls have resulted in no action - and the crack is getting worse. Original work was good, but warranty is terrible.

The repair went well. I had the classic front stoop with a portico on top that was supported by foundation wings instead of a wall so the stoop pulled away from the house. The wings are not strong enough to support that much weight. In my opinion, the builder should have installed full foundation walls under the porch to support the porch, steps and attached sidewalk properly. The pulling away of the stoop was actually a drop or lever inside the wall resulting in a half moon crack in the basement wall that surrounded the outside steps. Pro Foundation piered the steps, in 5 degree weather which was impressive, and sealed the cracks inside the basement wall. Another company wanted to install 5 piers inside the basement to straighten it up but I chose not to due to cost, the visual aspect of having support beams and time.

I hired Pro Foundation Tech because Jeremy stated they could get the job (Sump Pump) installed within two weeks. The day before scheduled install the office lady called to confirm the appointment and advised the crew would be arriving btwn 8:30 and 9:00AM. The morning of install office lady called and said they couldn't get the pump so they would have to schedule for another day. The pump was obviously not the real issue as they can be picked up almost anywhere and they ended up finding one. I complained and she stated she would call back. A short time later she called back and said the same thing, no pump. I told her I had taken the day off of work and reminder her that she called me the day before to confirm the appointment. I also advise I would pay more for a more expensive pump if necessary. When she said they couldn't do it, I told her to have Jeremy or a manager call me. She called back a short time later and told me a crew would be out but it'd be noon before they could be here. The showed up at 2:45. The pump itself was installed to satisfaction. However, the crew wanted to use my backyard to dump the soil. I told them go ahead but flatten it out. That didn't happen. Furthermore, when they attempted to regrade the yard after burying the discharge pipe they did a terrible job and now the grade drains toward my foundation. At 7:30 PM I had to leave, after waiting around most of the day. I had to leave the crew at the house. When I returned an hour later, they had completed and had left. No one ever called to explain the pump operation or maintenance. Rock was left throughout the driveway. Unfortunately, the job was rushed and it shows. Very disappointing.

Jeremy Pope arrived promptly to provide his assessment of the problem and offered several potential solutions. I informed him I was getting other bids and even shared one of them with him. Jeremy was able to earn my business by offering the companies 10 year transferable warranty and lowering his initial bid, along with being so professional and friendly. I had an estimate emailed to me with color pictures of the area to be fixed before he even pulled out of the driveway. I knew then that this was the company I would choose, even though they were still higher than the other company I had received a bid from. His crew showed up at the appointed day and time, which was only 4 business days later, as agreed by me, and they spent about 6 hours here. I took pictures of the process along the way which the crew was fine with, and they explained what they were doing and why, which I appreciated. It is too soon to tell if their solution has fixed my problem yet but I am hopeful it has. I will use this company again in the future for some other concrete issues that Jeremy said they could help me with when we were ready.

I wasn't overwhelmed by the price. I thought it was reasonable. So far so good. Its holding out in all this rain. They were quick to my concern over the upcoming rain concerns.

Pleasingly well. The inspector/salesman examined our water leak situation, answered all of our questions, and shortly provided us with a detailed letter explaining the steps that would be taken to fix the problem. The work crew showed up each morning (3 days) between 9:00 and 9:30, did their work with minimal disturbance, and were thorough in cleaning up after themselves.

It was an awesome experience, they showed up when promised was very considerate of the surroundings even moved my treasured Yasmin bush. Work was done in a timely matter, they came back after the weekend caulked the remaining visual of the crack and cleaned up. Can't tell they have been here.

Went very well.  Received bid on a Friday, work was started on the next Tuesday and completed in three business days.  Installed one pier between garage doors on the inside of garage so concrete patch was in garage floor and not in nearly new driveway.  Others had bid cutting driveway.  kept mes to a minimum and cleaned site up very well. <br />
