Austin and team made me love my garage again. The door was noisy, clunky and downright ugly. Pro Garage & Gates came to the rescue. What I loved most is that it didn't matter where I was relative to their League City location. They came out in lightning speed to fix my hung garage door. I was in great shape and didn't need a new door. Yet, I had them to replace the door at a competitive rate. Now the door is super smooth and quiet. Thank you Pro Garage & Gates!

Came out 3 times and my new door still needs adjusting. I asked for a quote for weatherstripping and sensor installation and never heard back. The first time I hit the opener button, it popped out of the chain. Not a big deal to fix, but I shouldn't have ever had to mess with it. I'll find someone else to finish it up.

These guys were Johnny on spot on replacing our old garage door. After a fun Labor Day weekend ended with one of the kids backing into it!! Needless to say it was probably a Long Overdue Service anyways! It had been there since the early 2000's! It's updated and automatic now! They got the job done fast and professionally!! Austin is wonderful to work with and very helpful on what worked best for our outdated setup! Give them a call you won't be disappointed!!

I went to put in a service request on one of those apps and as soon as I hit the send button my phone rang. It was Austin, the owner, and we chatted for a few minutes while I recapped my situation. My garage door wouldn’t stay closed when I was leaving for work. Super frustrating! Austin said he’d reach out to his guy Patrick to see if he could maybe come by. Keep in mind it was Friday at almost 5pm. I was very surprised when I got home a while later and Patrick had fixed the issue with my housemate there. It was a simple fix to something I knew nothing about. I was so appreciative! From the instant call from Austin, to the excellent service from Patrick, I really cannot say enough good about them. I’m a new homeowner. I didn’t know where to go for stuff like this. But I’m super grateful to have gotten connected with Austin and his team. I happen to look up install garage on yelp and it showed up several ones so I picked one I picked this one and the person who came and install it did an amazing job. He came out here when I ask. Very quick to respond back. Great jobs Pro garage. We are happy to-oh and very reasonable. They will haul your old garage door too and help you to return one back. They have a truck for that, but in my case I had to use mine.

Just had a new garage door and opener installed over the weekend. Had shopped around and NO ONE could beat the pricing these guys gave me! Was almost too easy being able to communicate and get my quote from Austin! Once the door was in Jacob came to install it and did a great job! We really enjoyed how thourough and patient Jacob was! We could see he took pride in his work and these days that can be hard to find! He didn't leave until everything was perfect and we understood our new door and opener, and even explained how to maintenance it! This is definitely a company we'd recommend and would use again! If you ever have a garage issue, I would definitely recommend Pro Garage & Gates. When I first spoke with Austin, I could tell he was professional and experienced. While speaking with him Austin said it sounds like your springs are out. The following day Patrick arrived and within minutes he confirmed that my springs were out. Another quality of this company was their promptness and courtesy. When I called to schedule the appointment to my amazement again, I received a same day appointment. Within an hour of arriving to the appointment, Patrick had installed new springs. I couldn’t believe it! Thank you Austin and Patrick! Your professionalism, promptness, quality of work and care is well appreciated! I forgot to mention that I got three quotes and their quote was more reasonable and these springs carry a 8 year warranty.
