Progressive Builders is hands down the best contractors company we've ever worked with. Eric is professional, timely, hardworking and above all honest and fair almost to a fault. He does all major renovation and construction work on my properties and recently completed a significant gut remodel and addition to one of our houses . He is great and understands the entire construction process including permitting and working with the planning department to get everything signed off. Even better, his prices are fair and reasonable.

I had a good experience with Progressive Builders. My project with them consisted mainly of a wall removal to enlarge my family room, but also included flooring, painting, installing ceiling fans/lights, etc. The project was completed faster than anticipated and I was quite impressed with the efficiency of Eric's team. Eric was in constant contact with me via email and phone regarding any changes or adjustments that needed to be made. The cost of the project with Progressive Builders was less when compared to other companies, yet the quality of the finished product was excellent.

I used Progressive Builders for a big room addition project I planned to do for quite some time. I called several contractors but none of them seems to impress myself and my husband. And then came Mikey and completely blew our minds with his designs and professionalism. He gave us new ideas and made this whole project doable. Reliable company is what describes Progressive Builders . I had the company construct 3 rooms to my home . Did a great job inside and out . The windows looks amazing along with the new wooden floor in each room . I now have a reliable company to call for any future projects.

When I closed escrow on my house, I decided to make appointments with several general contractors to get a bid on things that needed to be done. The house was fairly old and needed major renovations done, so it was very important to me to make sure that the contractor I hired had previously done work this big. Eric was the 4th contractor that I met with. We went through all the things that needed to be done in the house, a kitchen remodel, 2 bathroom remodels, a small room addition of a master suite and master bathroom, and the list goes on... He showed me pictures of projects that he had done on the same level and I was very impressed with his work, I even went to see one of the projects. I ended up hiring Progressive Builders for their quality work and reasonable price. Thank you!!

Paying the right price for good service is hard to find now a days . I looked for a contractor for a long time , finally a Friend suggested me the perfect company . I had Progressive Builders construct two additional rooms and restroom to my home . Everything from the color of the walls to the beautiful carpet was done right ! I hired Mikey to remodel my master bathroom and was completely satisfied with not only the results but the entire process. His bid was very fair and the craftsmanship was exceptional! The decision to go with him was one of the best decisions I made. I'm proud of the work and the experience I had. In fact, I had him remodel my other two bathrooms. If you are considering a contractor I would highly recommend you at least meet with Mikey from Progressive Builders. My experience with Eric and his guys was outstanding. I recently moved into a condo and I needed some work done including painting some rooms. First of all, I would like to say that you cannot get a better contractor than Eric. He is very knowledgeable and will do an accurate and honest assessment of the work to be done. His guys did a phenomenal job. They were reliable, always on time and very attentive to what I would ask them to do and they made sure that I was 100% happy with the work. Progressive Builders did an awesome job with our house. We had a room addition, bathroom, closest, and a converted room to a nursery. We are very pleased with the work done. Our contractor Mikey did an excellent job. He was easy to get a hold of and made us feel very comfortable with the work being done. The crew was also great to work with. They were open with all our suggestions and provided good pointers to make our house perfect. We highly recommend Progressive Builders to all our friends and family. I wanted to do a room addition for my mother that moved in with us and I called Progressive Builders to schedule a meeting to discuss the project. the lady was very nice on the phone and we set up a meeting with Erich. He was very punctual, polite, and warm. Eric was very professional in his explanation of the process of the project. My parents wanted a couple of the rooms bigger in the house. So we hired Progressive Builders to get the job done. We extended the rooms about 5 feet each. I was very pleased with Ron and his team in giving me a beautiful kitchen remodel before I moved into my new condo. They made my small kitchen look brand new & bigger by refinishing my cabinets, installing new stone counters, stainless steel sink, appliances & beautiful pendant lighting. Do not hesitate to use Progressive Builders. They finished my addition faster than promised. The friendly workers communicated with me daily. This addition changed my home so much and it's lovely! The materials are excellent quality and not only did they change the new room, they painted and did electrical on the adjoining room so it all blended nicely. Of all the contractors who have worked here, Eric is definitely the one I recommend! Eric is charming, honest and always here to answer questions. When he was away, I could text him and receive an answer immediately. Now I want him to continue with the next project!

We had our bathrooms, kitchen, and fireplace remodeled by Progressive Builders. Mikey is very pleasant to work with. He always listens to our needs and gives good advice. Whenever we have some new requests, he is wiling to work with us to find solutions and adjust the plan. His team works very efficiently and does quality work. We just had Progressive Builders install new granite counters and a tumbled stone back splash in our kitchen and I couldn't be happier with how it all went. Eric was super responsive from the first time I called through to the very end of the job. We were impressed with the care they took to cover our wood and marble floors and they were super clean throughout the project. They really know their stuff, from the fabrication of the granite all they way through to the design and layout of the back splash. Communication was excellent with all the guys. The end result is beautiful!

My husband and I had a great experience. We were at first very hesitant of even consulting with a professional considering we're a young couple who's starting out with a very tight budget. Me and my wife have decided that we are going to remodel our kitchen. We had several companies who came by our house for an estimate. Progressive builders were the one we choose, they were so professional and responsive to anything we needed. The communication was super easy and the work was done in a timely manner. Their team are super professional and guide us throughout the entire process. Our kitchen came out amazing, we also did recessed lights, and painted the interior of the house. We needed to do a new roof for our house because our roof was super old. We met with couple companies but decided to go with progressive builders to do a new roof for us, and we decided that we would go ahead and paint the exterior of our house. Progressive builders had amazing customer service, the job was done in the time frame that promised and the price was outstanding. I recommend them to anyone who needs any work done.

We needed to change the entire wood floors and decided to paint the interior and the exterior of the house.
