Progressive Welding

I am very disappointed that your company is supporting Progressive Welding, i.e, Mr. Elmo Taylor. I actually hired Mr. Taylor, in the month of Sept 2025, to install new rails for my residence. He supplied a contract and guaranteed that the rail would be s installed by Nov. 2025. He supplied a contract dated Sept. 19, 2025, in the amount of $18,500.00 and requested a $10,300 deposit to begin the process. I agreed and forwarded him $10,300.00. As of Today, Fed. 23, 2026, Mr. Taylor has embezzled my $10,300.00 and never completed anything but installed temporary rails. Now he will not return any of my phone calls or text. He has vanished with my funds. People keep saying how honorable he is, but if he is, please, Mr. Taylor please return my funds so that I can hire someone else to complete my stairs. I'm respectfully begging you to return my funds. I cannot hire someone else until I retrieve my funds from Mr. Taylor. Please be an honorable man. Yvette

Today, I had the pleasure of working with Progressive Welding who was recommended to me by a close friend who in the building trades himself. In 91 degree heat, Elmo and his son custom made, installed, primed and painted white, the beautiful railings you see pictured. An added benefit was Progressive's Administrator, Tara, being familiar with VA paperwork requirements. The railings are impeccable and the price VERY fair. The guys were as pleasant, professional and caring as any crew I've ever had work on my house. Should you use Progressive Welding, you'll be happy you did.

I had posted earlier with rust showing on my handrail. But finally today it was repainted. Gotta say, it looks really good now. Thank you!

I CALLED MR. TAYLOR AND HE WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. HE SET AN APPOINTMENT TO MEASURE, DISCUSS AND INFORMED ME OF HIS ABILITY TO FABRICATE THE RAILING. LATER, HE SENT A DRAWING OF THE PROPOSED RAIL. <br /> HE KEPT ME APPRISED OF THE PROJECT AS HE WAS BUILDING IT AND THEM ARRIVED TO INSTALL THE COMPLETED RAIL. HIS ARTISTIC ABILITY AND PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION WAS MOST IMPRESSIVE. WORKMANSHIP WAS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. <br />

They were very professional, and had great artistic design. Installation went great.
