My partner and I have had a helluva go trying to find someone to replace our gutters and facia wood these last two years. Luckily, a good friend happened to tell us of their excellent experience with Pro Home Improvement. I called them two days later, they came out two days after that, and the work was done within a couple of weeks. Our salesperson Yvette immediately gave us a run down of everything they could do for us, calculated the quote on site, gave us a break down, told us of all our options, and made us feel super comfortable moving forward. The guys who came out to do the work were great. The work itself is beautiful - I truly did not realize how bad our gutters looked until they were fully replaced. I worked with Fred in their office and he was incredibly helpful and informative. I wish I remembered more names of who I worked with, because this was such a great experience all around. On top of everything, they came in about $1k lower than the previous companies we tried to work with.

I had Pro Home come in to replace all my aluminum siding and gutters. I have a colonial home that is top to bottom all aluminum so it was going to be a significant job. The crew that they send was extremely hard working and did great attention to detail. I was pretty impressed with the work ethic, minimal break, down to business and working from 8am to 6pm and often a bit later. It was a huge job that took about 12 work days in total. One crew stayed the entire time, they didn't leave for other job sites so that was good to see. I was happy with the selection of vinyl siding and trim options. Little things you don't think about that they did which was related to installing new carriage lights, boxing out outlets as well as even improving my downspout positioning. I rarely had to get involved to answer questions because we did that all up front. They knew exactly what to do. We did have a bit of a window glass issue but they addressed it immediately and let us know. I don't expect very job to go flawlessly so it's how a company reacts to an issue is what I appreciated. They were on it and I was satisfied with the response. They weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive so it was a bit of a risk but I'm counting on their long warranty as a difference maker. Seeing the quality of the work and their professionalism made me feel good about my choice. My home is my forever home so I'm pretty happy with my investment in the home as well as in the company.

I’m so pleased with the service and results! Yvette was phenomenal on educating me on everything they offered. She didn’t try and sell me things I didn’t need, like the other guys! I got 4 different quotes. Pro Home Improvement was the 2nd quote, the other 2 roofing companies that came after were not as impressive. Justin is my guy!! Like he contacted me every step of the way. And Dwayne was great as well! Any questions and concerns I had were addressed right away same day. No mess afterwards. My rose bush was untouched! I would definitely refer family and friends. I will be using Pro Home Improvement on future projects!

It was like an army descended on my roof. If it wasn’t for the rain I think they would have finished in 1 day! They did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up as well. Great pricing, great service, and I would definitely recommend!

Very professional knowledgeable and easy to work with. The whole process was smooth, I am relieved and satisfied with the results. They knocked it out the park with the point of sales contact Brandon, he answered all my questions and concerns. I needed gutters in a big way, so I shopped around and felt nervous about the process. The second phase was just as impressive, these guys are very well trained and don’t mess around. They completed the job so fast and neatly I was shocked. It’s a good feeling to get quality work for hire, and I smile when I get home now. The final phase was just as special, Fred came to the house for the payment and reviewed the work, they are going to be one of biggest companies in their industry. They have several awards and it makes sense, customer service and quality work is rare.

I thought that Darious and his team of vinyl siding installers were great! They went above and beyond. The communication was excellent. Every day they cleaned up after they were done. Excellent job! The gutter team was fast. Gutters look great. Left a few too many nails around. Overall, excellent work.

Johnny, Ricky, Eddy, and Jay were here to work hard and never stop each day. They cleaned up the mess completely; nothing was left. They came back every day; they worked all day nonstop. Excellent skills. They did everything perfectly. They even nailed down deck wood that was pooping up. They put the bird feeder up; they had to take down rotten wood and put wood up; they did a new wood installation; they just took care of everything. Tim, the consultant, helped me pick out the color, which was perfect.

It went very well! They were very kind and professional and got the job done when they said they would. They communicated everything with me before the job was complete. Would use them again for another project.

Excelent professional

Whole house roof replacement done in 2014. Now six years later, the roof is still in good shape. In between, they came and fixed a few minor issues, very much appreciated.

We had a great experience. Salesperson came out quickly and in the evening when it was easier for us to meet. Thorough explanation of their process/materials and no-pressure sales pitch. We were able to get the work scheduled quickly and the 2 guys that came were very nice and did quick, excellent work. We’re very happy! Thanks!

The job went great. We hired Pro to put on a new roof, new siding and new gutters. The crew showed up on time, did great work, and were very professional throughout. When a few unexpected issues arose Pro worked with us to address them without adding any additional cost to us. From initial sales meeting to final product Pro did a great job and we would definitely recommend them.

Roof looks amazing! Very well done. Installed ridge and edge vent with a pretty pacific blue shingle. They were the most expensive out of the quotes we received but presented the best product at time of pitch. The key is the lifetime guarantee we paid for. As long as this is as they pitched it to be, no questions asked we come out and fix it, it was well worth the $ amount we paid. As of today my wife and I are very satisfied with services Pro provided. Would definitely recommend for roofing jobs in Oakland county.

The work itself was fine. The installers were professional in manner and the project manager was also. But I had interaction with two others that I felt had less than excellent interpersonal skills. The man who gave us the estimate was extremely intense, almost overbearing. And a second man, one with whom I spoke when I called the office with questions and our project manager was not available, was flippant and laughed at my questions and made me feel foolish. So the grade of B on professionalism is an average of individuals from this company with whom I had contact.

It was a difficult project due to the nature of the barn. Everyone at Pro was terrific to work with -- committed to completing the project successfully. They clearly value their employees, clients, and reputation!

From beginning to end Pro Home Improvement did an excellent job! They never tried to oversell and everyone was very professional. The crew showed up as scheduled and finished the big job in 3 days and gutters were put up on the 4th day as planned. Thank you so much for everyone at Pro Home for making our house look great. I will enjoy my extra time now that I do not have to constantly caulk and paint the wood siding! Also a special shout out to Justin and Sam for taking care of a roof repair after the Dish technician decided to mount the dish in 4 different locations on the roof. That looks great as well. We would definitely recommend them for any home improvement work that you have coming up.

The salesman and the installation crew were awesome. No pressure to buy but when I saw their quality material I was sold. The installation crews were on time, worked very professionally and cleaned up after each day. They were very nice and answered all my questions. They took pride in their work as if they were working on their own home. They installed all my new lighting, outside GFI plug and address plaque. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any work done on their home.
