This is an answer to the business response to my first review in that there does not appear to be the mens to correct their comment. "We are sorry we could not get some materials due to the pandemic. The roof was done in a timely manner. Some manufacturers were closed for months and when they reopened they limited some colors due to lack of workers . We have no control over states shutting down Thur the pandemic ." just is not the truth. it had nothing to do with their inability to obtain the supplies. Instead it has to do with the poor workmanship and deviation (lower quality) from the products they stated they would use. The job was done poorly and remains incomplete today. They made no attempt to complete the job crrectly and in fact got upset with how many times they had to come out to keep trying to get it right.

Took 3 months to start work even though we were told much sooner. called numerous times without response. Suppose to be master carpenters which was not the case. Roof on in 2 days. Guttering was incorrect color and not what we were shown or sold. Bait and switch. Guttering finally replaced with closer color, still not correct and again not the high-grade gutter helmet like product we bought. Siding delivered but was incorrect color and material. windows never produced. Had to fire them and file a complaint with PA Attorney General office. Would never recommend. Out a lot of money. Terrible job and interaction.
