We charge by the hour and the time starts when we arrive on the job and only while we are working. I charge 75.00 per hour for myself and if I have to bring a helper it is an additional 25.00 per hour, We do have a 1 hour minimum. Our specialty is repairs and we have repaired systems that haven't worked in years and that other Contractors have said needed to replace with a new system.We also install new systems as well as add new zones and extra heads to existing zones. All work is guaranteed with a one year warranty for repairs and a two year warranty for new systems. We will give a 10% discount to all angie's list customers. We have 13 years experience. Water conservation is very important today and we are firm believers in promoting that in what we do.I believe in quality work and materials, so you have the least amount of problems in the future. We also, try to treat customers like we want to be treated and we use the slogan "The Bitterness of Poor Quality Remains Long After the Sweetness of Low Price is Forgotten"in other words you get what you pay for.I will send you a reference list upon request.

"We were overwhelmed with calls and we didn't do right on our scheduling. I had seen very few systems that were put together, by the previous owner of the house, as this system was and it was complicated to repair. I felt sorry for them because they had lot's of issues to deal with in their new home. The estimate that we give was 1,228.00 and we charged 1300.00 after discount, so we did go over 217.00 and that was because of doing the repairs different but better for them. We kept them informed as we went. We are sorry for the problems we caused. We try very hard to do things right but we are human and on occasion make mistakes.
