One thing I really appreciate about there services was that they took the time to throughly explain the lawn care treatment process, any and all recommendation and what treatments I can myself. All in all showed me how to save money in the long run while fully taking care of my lawn. They where very professional and well prices, I would highly recommend them.

"I do apologize if you were dissatisfied with the service. The application was a crabgrass preventative with fertilizer. This treatment helps prevent the germination of crabgrass along with other grassy weeds that germinate during the summer months. This particular treatment does not rid the lawn of dandelions and other broadleaf weeds. Although there was time frame you requested for the service I completed it at a time wherer your lawn could get the best results. I followed up with every customer that purchased this deal with a discounted offer of continuing with a year long program to address issues such as broadleaf weeds since one treatment is not a end all cure all. I never received confirmation from you to continue to service so your lawn was only serviced by me once. I would love to speak with you to possibly rectify this situation."

That kid is pretty good, he does what he said that he would do, not a great fantastic job but he do what he said he will do. I told them to control some weeds along hedge outsides of the lawn area and he never did. The lane looks fine beautiful lawn control that's why I said they do a good job what they said they will do.
