John Palmer never informed us of changes to the project. He promised the job would take 5 days and after day 22 on the job, it still is not done. He is rude and cussed me and my mother-in-law out when we were displeased with the quality of work being done. John begged for money daily despite his contract stating he would collect payment on completion of the job. John made daily excuses as to why they would not show up to work on time, even though they set the time they would work. They would work usually between 4-6 hours on the days that they do show up. We become frustrated and had to get the police involved after he threatened me and my property. Proline Fencing is a low-quality company that does not have Contractors Insurance, which we found out after his guys were being unsafe on the job. Save your time and money and do not hire Proline Fencing and Decks!
