David N. was great. Was able come by early (6 am) to accommodate our schedule, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed by 7 AM. Would definitely use again.

I originally reviewed them over a year ago so this is from memory. The call back was very fast and the estimate was very reasonable and availability was sooner than later. The work was done within a few days of authorizing the work and the opener was installed with no fan fair. The garage door opening is at least 95% quieter than the original and it operates today as if it was just installed.

David at Proline Garage Doors was great. I spoke to him about a garage door opener for my daughter, for her home in South San Jose, after finding Proline on Angie’s List. He gave me all of the information I needed over the phone – no unnecessary “consultation” etc. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, at my daughter’s convenience. My daughter really appreciated David’s text confirmations – of her appointment, of his arrival time, and even a text after the job was finished. David was courteous, professional and made sure my daughter had everything she needed once he finished the installation. She will definitely contact Proline when she is ready to replace her garage door, and will refer David and Proline to any friends or family looking for garage door service, repair or replacement.

One of the garage door springs had broken, and this had caused the garage door to start to warp. David from Pro Line Garage doors came to our house over the weekend. Within an hour he fixed the door.

I made an appointment Sunday (12/30) with David for the next day (12/31). He arrived on time, had all the necessary equipment on his truck, and was done in less than an hour. The old springs (~20 years old) were worn out and weren't balancing the door weight, so the opener motor couldn't lift the door. He recommended replacing the cable drums and the bearings and I agreed. He checked out the rest of the hardware and did some lubrication and minor adjustment. I used one of the discount offers from this site.

David responded very promptly to my request for fixing the garage door issue; he quickly identified the issue was the broken garage door springs and replaced the garage door springs (and re-balanced the garage door). The garage door works fine now. Thanks David! David is very professional and responds to requests very promptly; I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Someone punched a hole into our garage door. Other companies tried selling us a whole new door. Hamid and Ed were responsive, knowledgeable and quick in giving us an acceptable estimate for just one panel... ordering the panel... andefficiently installing the new panel without leaving any mess, along with cleaning and lubricating the track.
