I had my front and back door locks and deadbolts replaced, but I was disappointed that my original hardware was discarded without my permission. I was not asked or informed beforehand, and I would have preferred to keep those items. Clear communication about what will happen to existing hardware would have made a big difference for me.

"We appreciate all our customers, and would always listen and respect their opinions and feedback, however this review is far from true, you received your service on January 30 and your old locks were left in the boxes of the new locks, those already installed in your doors, the boxes were left inside the house with your tenant, if they got lost it?s not our responsibility. Once again we appreciate you as our customer."

Alex was on time, professional and courteous. Upon arrival he introduced himself and shook my hand. He then immediately got to work. He unloaded his key cutting portable machine. Requested the Honda and VW keys. Cut the Honda keys, tested them and programed the key fob and transponder keys. Then he cut the VW keys and tested that they fit the door lock and ignition. 247 Pro Lock cannot program VW keys, which they had previously advised. Alex was great!

I never leave reviews but I felt I needed to give a review after an amazing service. He showed up quickly and did an amazing job. I left my keys inside my 2022 Ram 1500 and got locked out. He took less than 10 minutes making a key to open the truck. I would recommend his service to anyone needing a locksmith, he is very professional and extremely experienced on what he does.
