Diego is very professional, responsive, trustworthy and respectful. Very easy to work with. He came to fix our 2 AC units (leaks) and replaced our kitchen faucet. He answered our questions, explained things clearly, did his work thoroughly and cleaned everything up. He even took the time to clean our 2 AC units. Would definitely hire and recommend him for any cooling, heating and plumbing work in the future.

I called Monday morning and they were at the house within an hour. Diego assessed the problem. The price was fair. He kept me up to date on the progress of the project (getting the materials and advising my responsibility of permits). He even cleaned up the work area when he was done. Diego was great. He showed up the same day to help fix my ac unit during a heatwave. Before doing a costly replacement, he did some troubleshooting and replaced some other parts which solved the problem. He took the time to even clean the outdoor unit. Diego is prompt, knowledgeable, and honest. Made sure I understood what was going on and how to fix it. Don't hesitate to give Diego and Promen a call.

Diego came by to give me an estimate on replacing a 10 year old mini-split AC that was not holding temperature. Instead of the costly replacement, he recommended a recharge and coil replacement, which was done. During the repair, Diego noticed the blower wheel was clogged and thoroughly cleaned it. After the repair and cleaning, the AC worked great during a 90+ degree weekend and is cooling like a new unit. I'm hoping to get another 5 years out of the unit. Thanks to Diego and Henry for the very professional and very effective repair job which cost about 25% of a new replacement AC.

My heater stopped working overnight and I called Promen in the morning to come take a look. Diego came in the afternoon and identified that the motor was broken right away. He got the part and fixed it the same day. Great service and will use again for my AC/Heating tune-ups.

Second time I called upon Promen. Diego, as usual, was very prompt and efficient. I needed a gas shut off valve for the installation of a new gas dryer. He performed everything very quickly and safely. Checked that all my gas appliances were functioning properly after the gas was turned back on.

We had several companies come out to offer us a quote on replacing our old gas fired boiler. The owner of Promen, Diego, came out and explained the entire process of what needed to be done, the parts that would be used and the differences in boilers. His patience in explaining everything made us comfortable in choosing Promen and we were not disappointed with our decision. They arrived when they said they would to start work. They completed the work as promised in the time frame they stated and cleaned up after themselves. Diego even called the next day to make sure everything was fine and we were happy. That doesn't happen very often with contractors today. We would absolutely use Promen again and highly recommend these professionals.

Excellent! Diego provided quick, quality service. He diagnosed fixed the issue and tested everything to verify all was fully working before leaving. He even noticed and went above and beyond to fix a leak in a steam pipe near the boiler. Great service from a knowledgeable professional!

Diego is very professional and trustworthy. Came to inspect my a/c within 30 minutes of calling (fit me in right before going on vacation!) which had gone out. Within a few minutes he diagnosed that the capacitor needed to be replaced. So relieved to have my a/c back quickly. Less honest companies would have just told me the whole unit needed to be replaced. Even offered to take his shoes off when coming into the house which I appreciated. Would definitely work with Diego again.

My air conditioning stopped working late Saturday night which is when I called Diego and he responded saying he would be there the next morning between 8 and 9 to fix it. He showed up on time on a SUNDAY, discovered the problem, and fixed it. He is VERY knowledgeable and professional. 5 stars and would 100% use him again. Highly recommend.
