seem incredibly inexperienced. I had a beautiful semitransparent stain on the wood. they showed up and painted it with a solid stain that looks horrible. They did not paint the top part of the trellis. They wanted another $100 at the end. I had them work on my front door as well. (big mistake). They bought a spray can of clear coat and sprayed it on top of what was there. no real prep, no sanding to even it out. It looks uneven and very sloppy. I would have been better off hiring the neighborhood kids.

If something is added once the job has started, it has to be charged. If it is small I will gladly do it for free, but getting on top of the trellis to paint what faces the sky is not something I can do for free. I apologize for the touch up of your front door did not come out as you pleased, that is why I only charged you the materials as we agreed. You asked us to make your front door better without changing it much, so we tried. I’m not sure if you were there or not, we did a light sanding on the door, and applied the stain with a sponge on some areas(touch-up). Then the clear coat was sprayed on. I recall going to your home a day prior and giving you a quote for the job, as well as recommend you a color that you agreed on, since you asked me to match it. I did not just show up and paint, because I need to know what color to buy before starting the job. If there is work added, charges will be added as well. Thank you for your feedback. Stay safe."

They did a great job on both interior and exterior paint repairs, they were responsive, reliable and finished every detail. They cleaned up after themselves and I would definitely hire them again.
