Jason is a good talker and can really reel in a customer. He talks a big game, but is very unreliable and has no communication skills. Was scheduled to do a $53,000 job on my home and collected most of the money, but never completed the job. Would always want to “draw” money for material, but was always buying new tools and new tires, and even went on a small vacation all while he, or a representative of his company, should have been working on my home. The job was supposed to take 3 months and a full year later was never completed. Poor workmanship and did not do the repairs correctly but was quick to cash the checks. He claims to be a “cabinet builder” by trade, but if he calls what he built for my home professional built cabinets, boy is he mistaken. I would have been better off with prefab cabinets from Lowe’s. Was not gonna bash him or his company, but all I got was lies, broken promises, and probably going to lose my home due to this “professional “. If you want quality or a complete job, please look elsewhere. He is full of lies and excuses and should not be a contractor. My nightmare started March 2017 with this company and may never end. Read the reviews on his page, most of the good reviews are his employees, wife, and close friends. The real reviews are not posted due to people not wanting to expose such a fraud, but I don’t have much to lose here. There are so many things I could put that he messed up, but this is already too long of a Post. If you use this guy, protect your money and property and I wish you the best of luck.

Excellent work! They showed up on time and cleaned up before they left. Very precise, professional and tidy. We are extremely satisfied with the work!

Promise Lsmd did an excellent job!! We tried to get estimates in the passed to have this work done and called on several contractors to give us an estimate! They took one look at the height of the house and never got back with us! Jason came out to look at the job and gave us an estimate that very day! They started working immediately and did a great job! These guys worked very hard and were very polite! It looks like we have a new home!!! Thanks guys

This company did a great job. They were always there early and cleaned up after themselves as if they weren't there there. The Facia and soffit look great!
