They have done the installation on my garbage disposal. They also maintain my heating and air. They have a plan where for $99 a year you get three visits a year. I am really pleased with them. If they have an emergency they can't to you right away.

I called because sink was overflowing and backing up into the dishwasher. I wanted to have my old/broken garbage disposal removed and drain pipe rerouted because it was no flowing downward as installed with a garbage disposal in place. The plumber advised removing it and redoing sink pipe to sink would cost more and assured me the draining issue would be fixed.

Well, $735 later, my sink still backs up. It doesn't look like the water flowing uphill issue was addressed at all. Worst of all, that was an outrageous price for a new garbage disposal. I wouldn't have agreed to the price had I known the sink would still back up.
The installation started off poorly, went from bad to worse, and to date none of the issues have been resolved despite oral and written articulation of them to the company owner. Several calls to our City of Franklin authorities confirm that permits and inspections are required, thus warranties are void and will not be honored by A.O. Smith, manufacturer of the water heater. The equipment installed not only requires a costly tank operation compared with the tankless heater promised, but it is marked as ranking the least efficient. ($272.00 estimated annual operating cost is near the worst, which is $275.) Although the owner apologized for serious apprentice plumber errors, he did not offer the tank heater specified in the contract and has not provided our service plan. He has not solved our problem and leaves us with huge costs to achieve what his salesman assured us his company would deliver. We trusted ProNStall because it appears on Angie's List, but this trust has obviously been misplaced. Our research and previous estimates from other plumbers would have delivered a superior heater at a competitive cost. Pro N Stall has not taken the initiative to deal with this serious situation. At least four Pro N Stall employees were involved in this bungled sale and installation. The salesman spent 40 minutes examining the site in detail and, after hard questioning, assured us that a tankless water heater could easily be installed the next day. His cost estimates included running a 3/4" natural gas pipe under the house from the Atmos Energy gas supply meter, which the company owner quickly realized clearly was not required by noting the 3/4" pipe already connected to the existing heater in the garage. The salesman did not supervise the process on site as expected, leaving two new employees with the task of handling it. Only when the knowledgeable company owner personally delivered the ill-fated tankless water heater did he belatedly realize that it could not be installed in our situation. We did not receive a service plan. The salesman said they were prepared to begin at 8:00 the next morning. No Pro N Stall worker arrived until 10:30, and even then the erroneous tankless heater was not delivered until several hours later. Although the company owner was able to deliver a tank water heater on site around mid-afternoon, the sole worker who remained to make the pipe connections was able to leave only after jury-rigging the exhaust connection, completing his temporary fix around 7:00 p.m. We were without hot water all day for what should have been a task consuming less than half a day. This was an easily avoidable but costly inconvenience. The owner appears to be competent and sincere. The optimal resolution would be for his company to install the contracted tank heater without labor cost, charging only the difference between that and the one installed. We can discuss cost-sharing of permits and inspection.
Response from Pro N Stall
"Refer to complaint: #1 Customer states no issues resolved. We are not aware of any issue needing to be received other than he wants $ back. #2 I contact codes dept. Codes dept told me permit not required on change-out. Customer claims permit required. He is incorrect. #3 We showed customer the water heater prior to install. He had no objection. #4 There were no serious apparent plumbing errors, and we have no idea what “service plan” he is referring to. #5 Not sure what “huge cists” he is referring to. #6 If previous estimates were better, why did he have us do the job? #7 What is the “serious situation” customer refers to other than he wants $. #8 We could have installed the tankless water heater, but customer would not allow us to run a proper new vent to do so as would be required. #9 We did not tell customer a new gas line would be required #10 We did start his job at 8 AM by going to get material. Never told him we’d be at this house at 8 AM (next page) #11 – We put a temporary piece of the vent so he could start having hot water while we obtained a section of vent. This was done as a favor. Vent was complete by end of day. #12 – We installed the tank he approved when we took it off the truck. If he didn’t like it, he should have said something prior to the installation. We started the day with the tankless water heater to install, but customer would not let us run the vent as required. Told him we cannot install it unless the venting is correct. We did the customer right by not installing the tankless WH the way he wanted. We would have rather install the tankless as it would have been more profitable to us, but we would not install it improperly as he wanted, using his old vent that would not work with the tank unit. Customer’s complaint is not with merit."

I requested my air conditioner get a service. I was informed it would be $150 for a thorough clean and inspection.
The contractor spent a total of 20 minutes working on the unit. During this time, he sprayed foam on, hosed it off, refilled a small amount of refrigerant into the system and informed me that it should work much better. Given there was no immediate fix he informed me to call him if it didn't improve and he'd come back and look at it again to find the larger problem.
I called the contractor the next day as it wasn't cooling any better and he said he'd come back after he'd finished the job he was on (Saturday afternoon). He didn't show up. So I called Monday, and no answer. I then called the office and informed them of the situation. The office lady contacted the contractor and then called me saying that he said I needed a new air conditioner.
I explained what the contractor had told me, that he'd come back and make another inspection, that it was a part of the initial service, that I called him and he said he'd come over after he'd finished his present job and he didn't show, and how I thought that I'd been left in the dark because I paid $153 for absolutely nothing....not even an explanation as to what was wrong with my unit. When she learned that the contractor had only spent 20 minutes on the service, she seemed surprised and said she'd call him again and call me back. She never did. So I called, and they stopped answering my calls.
In summary, I paid Pro N Stall $153 to spray some foam on my air conditioning unit and hose it off and tell me it SHOULD fix it but if it doesn't to call and they'd return to take a closer look. Then, Pro N Stall didn't act on their words, and never returned to look at the unit, or provide even an explanation for what was wrong with the unit.
Since their service, not only does the unit continue not to cool too well, but it now also vibrates and makes noises that it never had done prior to the service.
I
"Unit is over 15 years old. Informed customer that a cleaning may only have minimal effect. Advised getting a new unit. customer only wanted a cleaning. Not only did we clean unit, but added 2 lbs of R22. For a cleaning and 2lbs of R22, the $150 charge is below market value. Customer needs a new unit or extensive repairs. Their unit is doing the best it can with only a cleaning. Customer was told up front it would be $150 for a cleaning & inspection. We did not even charge them for the R22."

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The company called and said the plumber was on his way out at 8:10. He did not arrive until 9:45. When he got here I told him he would need to call my husband to get approval for the repair, because I would be on a phone conference. He said okay. The faucet in question was at our barn at the end of a 300' driveway. He drove down and looked at the faucet then made the repair in less than 5 minutes AND without getting prior approval. (Adjusted a nut on the valve.) When he called my husband to tell him that it was a simple repair that he had already taken care of he also told him it would be a $75 trip charge and parts and labor. He called my husband back a bit later and told him it would be nearly $250. WHAT?!? His cited reasons were that he was a "professional" and his time is valuable. He also kept going on about how long it took to get up and down our 300' , straight, unobstructed driveway in his truck. My husband told him that he wanted an accounting of how the cost went from a $75 trip charge to nearly $250 and to send us a bill because he wanted to look at it before paying such an outrageous amount. The man said okay. He evidently sat in our driveway for the better part of 90 minutes. I was still on my phone conference, but at the house nonetheless. Instead of mailing us the invoice as my husband had asked, he came to the door and demanded that my 15 year old sign the invoice without inspecting the work and give him a check for what was now $185. My children felt uncomfortable, because they knew their father had told the man to send us an invoice and we would pay it, but they also were intimidated by him coming to the door and telling them they had to sign the paper and give him the check. My husband tried to call their office twice and it always goes straight to voicemail.
I cannot even begin to express my disappointment with this company, their lack of professionalism.
They did great on some very simple installation of faucets. We had additional work that was more challenging and a plumber could do, but it was beyond their capabilities. So for what they initially agreed to do, they did a great job on. They weren't really able to do any more than the simple installation of the faucets though.
They were quick to return my phone call and had a technician out the same day. He diagnosed the problem right away and contacted the water heater manufacturer to find out if we were still under warranty. We were, but the part had to be ordered, which took a couple days since the service call was on a Friday. Monday morning I heard back from them, the part was in, and they sent a tech to install it. It only took about 20 minutes to make the repair, and the hot water is up and running again. $225 seems a bit pricey for labor since the part was covered by warranty. But their work was great, quick; great punctuality, no complaints there.
Representative arrived and mentioned that they could not replace outdoor faucets because house was on a slab and had no crawl space. I asked them to look at the faucets to see if they could be repaired. Took about 30 minutes to repair both faucets. They are no longer leaking.
Response from Pro N Stall
"Thank you for your time posting the review. It is unfortunate that the hose bibs were in concrete slab. This can make it quite difficult to replace or repair such items. In some cases, the concrete slab can cause a simple job to be expensive. I am glad to know the technician was able to repair the hose bibs without you having to incur the expense of more extensive work."
