We serve Minneapolis & St Paul as well as the surrounding suburbs. We manage Pronto from a local office & we are committed to providing friendly, hassle-free service and employing only the best technicians. You may recognize us from another local air conditioning company. The Sedgwick family sold its business in 1999 to a national manufacturer and Wade and Greg stayed on to run the business from 1999 through March 2008. We opened Pronto because we felt we could provide a personalized experience and exceptional customer service by managing our entire business from a local office. We are committed to providing friendly, hassle-free service and employing only the best technicians. Pronto is proud to have won the Bryant 2009 Dealer of the Year award. The award is given each year to Bryant’s best dealer out of more than 4,000 dealers in North America.

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair - For Business
We had done work with Pronto for years. When we went to sell our house we found out that they had installed water heater incorrectly and it cost us $450 to fix it. They had installed it so it created a backdraft. Also we had them come out two times when the pilot light blew light blew out because of the backdraft and they charged us for that. I will never do work with them again

I could not be more pleased with the professional and personable service Chris delivered. He was respectful, efficient and communicated clearly letting me know what he would be doing and when finished, what he had done. He gave me straight forward information about things to look for that might possibly occur with our system in the future. I was also pleased with the manner that the Pronto company took my initial call, used text and email to confirm, and on the day of the appointment called to let me know that Chris was on the way. Additionally, I loved the the text sent from Chris which identified him w/name and photo and when he would arrive. Very much recommend Pronto and Chris.

Pretty expensive for the service performed. Especially considering the outcome was only a temporary solution. I just spent the last three hours (after an $80 trip to home depot) working on a permanent fix. I will likely do some shopping around next time I need HVAC service.

PRONTO is like NO other company they stand behind EVERYTHING they do!!!! I have had an issue that they have worked on over and over again UNTIL they got it fixed!!!! This is a Company like companies Used to be!! I can NOT recommend them highly enough!!!

Very good. We needed a few filters which added to the price, but were necessary and new capacitor on the older unit. Better a capacitor cost than a compressor cost, so glad they caught it.

They charge $179 for even showing up and then another $179 for doing something. They put in a thermostat and charged me $361.07 for it; $72 at home depot. So a $550.07 bill. It didn't fix the air conditioning; they sent someone over the next day to do it right: they unplugged an electrical cord and plugged it in a different outlet. When I called about the price, they guy talked loudly with me about all the infrastructure they need and how they don't charge by the hour. Very argumentative not collaborative. In my business we charge by the hour and include all our expenses in that. I finally just said fine, and hung up. Now another of my properties needs AC work; I called around and found someone who charges $99 to show up. Stay tuned.

Logan did an excellent job evaluating the issue and then breaking the news to me we need a new one. He was patient with me while he discussed my options and then waited while I called my husband. His price was fair although we have to wait a week for the install.
