However through our conversation his professionalism and extreme understanding of our needs turned into much more. The Pro Painter’s team did an exceptional job with the removal of wall paper and preparation of all walls including repair and skim coating. The final result was beyond our expectation with a perfect painting of walls, trim and removal of pop corn ceilings We were so impressed that we entrusted Jacob’s team to do our total remodel . Everything from flooring and carpentry to his recommendation for plumbing and electric did not disappoint. The price he quoted was more than fare and on point. We hired Jacob and his team at Pro Painters of Watertown, CT., to power wash, stain our deck and to replace rotted deck boards and split rails as a part of the scope of service agreement. I provided Pro Painters an initial deposit. Jacob and his team in our opinion only completed a portion of the work given that we would not provide additional funding beyond the agreement. Jacob asked for significant more funding beyond what was outlined in the services agreement even though he estimated the job scope prior to starting. The work Jacob and his team completed lacks the quality and workmanship that one would expect from an Angi Award Wining Contractor. In our opinion, we were left with significant amount of clean-up of our swimming pool in which the previous deck stain peelings clouded the pool water with debris and the pool cover, and debris in our fencing. In addition, removed deck boards were left on the job site and not removed from our property. We are very disappointed with Jacob and Pro Painters of Watertown, and Angi. Jacob and his crew are true masters at their craft. Very responsive, fair priced, and accommodated our needs and schedules. He and his crew were always on time, and the work was performed quickly and thoroughly with care. When the work was done, the cleanup was quick and the house was left spotless. I cannot praise and thank Jacob and his partner enough! They are called Propainters because they are really PROs in what they do. Basically I had 4 skylights removed during a roof replacement. Propainters was recommended by my Roofer to close up the area where the old skylights were. They closed up the area from the skylights, scraped the popcorn and painted the ceiling.They did such a good job that you wouldn't even know there were ever skylights there. They also fixed and painted a drywall from a plumbing repair and painted some walls in the main living area. All the work they did were excellent! Jacob and his partner were always on time at 8am and finished the work in 4 days as promised. They used plastic drop cloth and cleaned up as much as they could to minimize the dust around the house. Jacob knew I am putting the house in the market so he gave some suggestions on which areas need to be retouched. I am glad I listened and now the house looks more clean and fresh. Aside from being excellent at what they do, Jacob and his partner are also very nice, trustworthy and just good people. I don't usually let anyone be alone in the house when some work needs to be done. But with Jacob and his partner, I leave the house to drop off and pick up my kids and do some small errands. I recommend Propainters 1000% if you ever need any painting work done. You won't regret it.

Jacob and his team have been amazing! They painted the entire outside and inside of our house and we couldn't have asked for more! They did a great job at a great price and have been extremely timely and responsive. Jacob even contacted us on Sunday mornings to address any questions we had. Jacob and his team are so reliable, professional, work quickly, take their craft seriously and take pride in their work product (so it’s very high quality), and provided excellent value. When they were done I asked Jacob how much other home improvement work he does because now I want to hire him for everything! Honest, hard-working and skilled professionals — who don’t charge a fortune (aka rip you off!!) — are very hard to come by. Grateful that we connected with and hired Jacob and recommend ProPainters without reservation.

Jacob and crew were excellent. This is the second bigger project they've done for us. They were precise, prompt and polite throughout the process. Additionally, they are very neat. Everything looks perfect. Jacob will be staining our front porch, pillars, and door when the weather warms. We're planning to have Pro Painters handle another big project next year. If you have an upcoming painting project, I highly recommend using Pro Painters.
