We needed a new heating and cooling system installed in our basement and some custom duct work done to connect to our existing ducts. I called Rob and he responded within 2 hours which was great because we had 3-4 calls in to other contractors that never called us back. Rob was super friendly and helpful during that first call and we set a time for him to come by and take a look at what we had going on. He arrived ON TIME (another first for us) and seemed unphased by our "challenging" situation seeing as our home is old (1900), the basement is tight and the existing duct work we had was a mess to put it lightly. So we are more than glad he agreed to do the job and sent us a quote the following day. Our budget was tight and Rob did everything he could to get us right there. We booked him to come back a week later which he did... again right on time. After that everything went as smooth as butter. He installed the entire system in less than two days and needed literally zero assistance. We hardly knew he was here. The end result was a professionally installed system at a great price. What else could you ask for?! My wife and I love our new system and I'm looking forward to NOT hauling wood pellets around all next winter.
