Proper Contracting did a great job replacing our sidewalk and repairing our exterior stair. Mr. Hoq is an excellent project manager. He understood exactly what we needed, kept us completely informed at all phases of the project, filed the necessary paperwork with the city, and supervised a highly competent crew who did beautiful work and left a clean worksite at the end of the day. Given the quality of work provided, we are very happy with the fair and reasonable price Mr. Hoq quoted. The whole experience was worry free with a better than expected result. We will be going directly to Mr. Hoq and Proper Contracting for our future home improvement projects.

Mr Hoq and his team are true professionals. They renovated most of my basement including the bathroom. New walls, floors, electrical, plumbing, ceiling and lighting. They installed new windows as well. They even added inside stairs Very knowledgeable, polite, professional and work very hard. They offer excellent ideas and listen to what you say. I have used this company for about 3 years and whether it is electrical, plumbing, sheet rock, cement, metal work, windows they do a fantastic job.
