Property Care Services (PCS) is a family owned and locally operated business that was established in Stevens County in 1990 (formerly known as Sloan Tractor Service)to serve Stevens, Ferry , and Pend Oreille Counties. We made a decision early on to define ourselves by what we do, not by just what our equipment can do in the construction field. We became experienced and specialists in septic, drainage, and water systems. With over 21 years of experience in Washington and California we have years of changing regulations, and installation and product experience.
