Property Loss Management, L.L.C.

We contacted PLM and learned that in addition to loss management they also do remodeling painting etc.  We were at wits end prior to arrival of PLM.  We relaxed after  <br /> <br /> Guys were prompt, courteous and professional.  They worked around our schedule and around out two friendly dogs supervising the job.  They estimated about a week to complete the work and finished in a timely manner despite some last minute additions to the job <br /> <br /> PLM point out additional areas of the previous job that were deficient and offered suggestions on how to rectify.   When the job was finished the house looked fantastic.  The quality of work far exceed our expectations!   PLM will be the first people we contact if we have additional work. <br /> <br /> We heartily recommend them!

The work was done properly and to my satisfaction... with a warranty.  The cost was below the estimate. I had no issues paying for the work I got on my home... I hopefully will never have to use them for this service again... but if I do.... I KNOW who I am going to call.... PLM is outstanding.

A friend mentioned PLM and my husband remembered their ad on the back of our church bulletin. In one phone call I was told when I could expect help! My first meeting with PLM and they came to work in full force. I was greeted by the estimator, general contractor, and full work crew.  They started immediately! They are so knowledgeable. No one every thinks about the service professionals that clean up messes that we don't know how to deal with. They do it all... full service cleaning from the toilets to the ice cube trays in the refrigerator. They drywall, paint, spackle, remove carpeting, install new carpeting and flooring.  What ever you need, out with the old in with the new! They have samples of carpeting and counter tops, there's no need to chase all over town.</p> <p>During all of this activity the one thing that was most noticeable to me was how EVERY employee told me how wonderful their boss is. I felt like I was on an episode of undercover boss. This shows in their work, it pays to surround yourself with great people!</p> <p>Please don't hesitate to give them a call Josh, Randy, Dale, Mark and Jim(the Boss) are the best!</p>
