I was extremely stressed out because the tree roots were causing damage to the sidewalk and my driveway. The roots of the tree started lifting the sidewalk and causing it to be unlevel So of course, I had to get the tree removed. The tree was fairly close to the house. I would say 10 to 15 feet and it was a fairly large tree So naturally, I was worried that tree would fall on my house. David assured me that nothing like that would happen on his watch. Dave and his crew were very friendly, respectful and professional. They were able to remove the tree in several hours. He cleaned the entire yard so well that people walking by couldn’t even tell that a tree was cut down just several hours before. He even went the extra mile to come back the following day to grind down the stump and then filled in the hole with topsoil. I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend him to everyone looking for an honest, reliable and fair company.

It was amazing my garden was such an overwhelming and overgrown mess with old wood edge old brick more weeds then plants couldn’t even see my plants that I wanted kept Dave from property services unlimited came to the rescue he was amazing to work with and did an amazing job was able to use key features that I wanted incorporated into new areas and use some existing plants that where very important to me to keep when finished it looked so amazing and so tastefully done it was an amazing Valu for the work he had to perform and did it in such a short time it would have taken me weeks and he did it in just a few hours what an amazing turnaround and he picked me some beautiful plants that I would have had no idea where to even begin would 1000 percent recommend and would hire again in a heart beat

David O'Brien raised the price 3 times. Requested over half the money upfront, then did not have enough money to get the supplies to complete the job..left my yard in a complete mess. Did not show up when he said he would, what he did get completed I needed to hire someone else to redo because it was not done right. He is a scam and I do not recommend him under any circumstances

I hired Dave to remove multiple small trees from my property and grind down the stumps. He started out fine, but had me write checks to another individual; not him and not his business. That was the first red flag. He didn't tell me he was hiring someone else to grind down the stumps and 3 weeks later that person still hasn't showed up. I have asked Dave to get this finished since I have paid most of his bill. He now tells me his truck is in the shop. I will now have to hire someone else to complete the job.
