Prop Flipper

I had wrote a review on 2/13/22 indicating that Victor Womack-Owner of Pro Flipper LLC (ON SUNBIZ) WAS HIRED TO REFURBISH MY KITCHEN CABINETS. I JUST SAW THE RESPONSE THAT WAS MADE IN REFERNECE TO MY COMPLAINT. THE FACT THAT I CHANGED THE DATE IS "NOT" TRUE AND IN FACT VICTOR WOMACK KEPT DELAYING THE JOB STATING HE WAS STILL WORKING OUT OF STATE. I HAVE A COPY OF THE INVOICE AND ZELLE PAYMENTS AND ALL THE TEXT MESSAGES AND I CAN ALSO SHOW HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TRIED TO CALL HIM. AFTER HE DELAYED A SECOND TIME, I THEN ASKED FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK. NO WHERE ON THE INVOICE DID IT STATE I WOULD NOT RECEIVE IT BACK (ESPECICALLY SINCE HE'S THE ONE MAKING EXCUSES NOT TO DO THE JOB) I HAVE SINCE THEN TRIED TO GET MY FULL DEPOSIT BACK. HE HAS ONLY SENT 2 PAYMENTS (250.00 & 50.00) LEAVING $200.00 REMAINING. HE HAS IGNORED MY TEXT & VOICEMAIL MESSAGES SINCE THE END OF MAY. I ALSO HAD FILED A COMPLAINT WITH BBB & SENIOR COMPLAINT DEPT & THE STATE OF FLORIDA. I BELIEVE HE IS IN GEORGIA AND HOPEFULLY NOT DOING THIS TO OTHER HARD WORKING INDIVDUALS. THE FACT THAT HE WOULD INDICATE THAT I WAS NOT BEING TRUTHFULL IS JUST ANOTHER INDICATION OF HIS MORAL CHARACTER AND IF HE READS THIS AND WANTS TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER, HE CERTAINLY CAN CONTACT ME.

Arrived at the specified time and completed changing my shower heads expeditiously! He has completed other jobs for me as well.

Vic was nice enough when he did the job but there’s a gap in one transition and on another the adhesive didn’t work. Touch ups were scheduled and blown off numerous times and now i cannot get a response

Vic abandoned the project after payment was made. Would not recommend as a contractor.

He was very professional, meticulous and cleaned up after, which I appreciated because I’ve had some contractors in to do work and had to clean up their messes. He also took the time to explain the process to me before starting.

Vic was great, he’s very professional and completed work in a timely fashion. He called back days later to make sure everything was still working fine and I invited him back out to do more work. Good help is hard to find so I will be keeping Vic on sped dial for future project!
