He answered phone right away, with ETA that he updated me on, came on a Saturday as emergency basis but didn't charge extra, even though he came in bad rd conditions. He worked non stop, very professional, and very affordable.

He took four hours to replace flush kits in two bathroom toilets. I had to provide cash for him to go to Home Depot to purchase an additional part. After four hours he said he was finally done. I asked if he guaranteed his work and he said yes. Unfortunately, within a few minutes of him leaving one of the toilets started to slowly loose water and turns on to fill the tank back up periodically. I called four times and sent one text message and have been completely ignored. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney generals office.

"im sorry Mrs. [Member Name Removed] u feel that I didn't do you satisfactory work I did attempt to return calls over weekend and never received a call back for me to come over and fix issue I was under a house Friday until 10pm replacing pipes of another customer due to feces backing up into sinks and shower. it was to late to attempt to call u that late but did call several times this weekend to come resolve. the job in question did take longer than quoted because you had said you had all the parts and materials needed but they were not all there on site and yes I had to go to parts store to get correct parts. I asked for the money to cover materials because as my wife explained she gave you labor quote and told you plus cost of materials because we have used our account to buy materials for jobs and the customers back out and we are stuck with materials and out of our personal money so we changed our policy that materials must be paid for ahead of job or we can give a list of materials after a estimate and the customer gets the materials needed. I would be more than happy to come and see why toilet continues to run but I do need a callback , text message, or email to let me know when your available but I do regret that you feel im not professional and slow with my work and I do guarantee my work but also have to have a response from customers. if you would like me to come back please contact me at 501-563-8158 OR u can text 479-746-1020 and that way will get a quicker response...thank you have a blessed day"

Brian was very professional in analyzing the trouble. He got down at the drain and examine it to see were the water was really coming from. The other plumbers just stood over the hole and gave an opinion of what they thought was going on , They all were totally wrong. Brian is honest, very hard working,and his prices are fair.

Brian did a great job. Even tho there was a problem with one of the toilets leaking after the replacement, he stayed with it until the problem was solved. Very diligent!

Went perfect. He worked us in at a time most plumbers would charge after hours rates and then spent 3 hours to fix and charged us the original quote price that figured an hour. Did great work and had a great attitude.
