Arrived on time. They moved all of the furniture, painted, and moved everything back. Did a great job. The only issue I had was that next time I would ask to have the baseboards painted as well. The previous owner's paint job was not great, so when Pro Quality Painters painted over it, their clean paint lines did not cover up where the last paint job was messed up. However, that was not their fault. Overall this was a great experience! <br />

They were very good. They were prompt. They let me select the paint I wanted. Based on my colors, he bought that brand and color paint. He came in and did a very good job. He also painted the ceiling which wouldn’t have been included but he did it for me anyway. He did an excellent cleanup. I actually hired him after that to paint another room. I was quite happy with him.

House looks beautiful, however, side electrical panel began to peel within one month and several sprinklers were broken during the painting. I did not contact the company back, fixed sprinklers myself and scraped and painted electrical panel myself. All in all satisfied with the job. <br />

The guys who came out were very good and I recommended them to my friends too. My friends reached out to them but they never called back.

He did a fantastic job and we have hired him again since.

They were absolutely excellent. They were quiet and quick! We have textured walls and they did the most fantastic straight line painting. They were courteous, just great, and I'm so impressed. Their price was excellent as well!

Original scheduled date for painting was not convient for Phil.  Had to reschedule which was not very convient for me.  They performed the work well and I was pleased with the result, however the paint smell took 3 weeks to disapate --possiblly because of the paint used and/or because the weather was hotter and could not open all the windows and doors and contributed  to my displeasure with having to reschedule when weather was an important factor. <br /> I have some reservations about using them again.  <br />

Pro Quality Painting Company Inc. did a good job. I will recommend them to somebody else because of what they have done.

It was a good experience and he was even cooperative enough to work on the weekend.

<p>As with most deals on Angie's list the fine print noted that because of the high demand of this deal there might be a wait.  I was in no hurry so that didn't bother me.  I set up an appointment for an estimate with Phil Natale.  That part went as planned.  He told me he would email me an estimate.  I reminded him I had an Angie's List deal for $1299 and he said he would email me an estimate of what the actual cost was later that day.  I had to call him to remind him.  After I got the estimate I didn't hear from him again so I called him back about 2 weeks later to see if I could schedule a date for painting.  He laughed and said he would have to come out first to give me an estimate.  This was when I was beginning to get annoyed with his attitude and lack of organization.  He doesn't seem to be able to handle the volume of traffic he gets from Angie's List.  I told him he had already come out to my house for the estimate and he had to look through his notes to find my house.  The deal was for 2 colors so I chose my colors and asked if he could paint my front door a different color.  He said that wouldn't be a problem and he didn't charge me for the third color so that was really nice.  We scheduled my house to be painted on June 11th and 12th.   He called me late on June 3rd and told me he had to reschedule me for the next day (June 4th).  I had already put in for the time off (June 12th) at work so I could be here when they painted my door.  He said that I didn't have to be here when they painted and they could come back on my day off to paint the door.  <br /> This is the part where he lost a couple of grades.  When he gave me the estimate we agreed the house would be painted yellow and the pop outs ( trim and anything that stood out from the flat wall) would be painted white.  Since I was at work when they painted and didn't get home until after dark I really didn't get to see how the house looked until the next day. They did a beautiful job on the house.  It looked great from the front.  However, when I went around to the back I noticed they had painted the whole back of the house yellow.  When the painters came back to paint the front door I told them they needed to paint the pop out around the back window white.  I was told they would have to talk to Phil and maybe come back another day.  When I didn't hear back from anyone after a few days I called Phil.  He told me his painter told him that the area wasn't a 'pop out' and if they painted it they would charge me extra.  I asked Phil to come out and look at it himself and tell me what he calls it when the area surrounding the window pops out from the rest of the wall.</p>   He said he would get back to me which he never did and that was the end of it.  I would never reccommend Pro Quality or use them again.  I don't have the time or the patience for someone who doesn't treat me as a valued customer. <br />

Good company.  Little issue getting scheduled timely but results is very satifactory.  Would refer to anyone. <br />

I purchased Pro Quality's Angie's List offer of $1299 for exterior house painting including the paint.  Phil Natale was very attentive and responded promptly to all my inquiries.  He came out to my house about 3 weeks prior to the job and reviewed all the details of the job with me.  He even offered an extra of painting my front courtyard beams and the backyard pillars of the covered patio for no additional charge.  On Dec. 6th, the crew of Dave (foreman), Dave & Kent arrived promptly when they said (8am), worked hard all day, returned to finish on Dec. 7th and completed the job in 2 days.  They were personal-able, polite and easy to deal with.  Pro Quality did an exceptionally professional job and cleaned up after themselves.  I couldn't be happier with the result and will definitely use Pro Quality Painting again for my perimeter fence and gates. <br />

I don't think there are enough good words in the dictionary to describe the absolute incredible job this company did!  I originally was going to get 3 bids for the job.  Phil was the first to come over, and he impressed me so much and his estimate so fair, that I immediately knew his company was the one.  On day one, his men arrived right on time and worked for 7 hours straight, pressure washing, painting trim, and covering and taping up windows for day two.  Day two they arrived early and finished the entire house.  I cannot tell you how meticulous these painters are.  Every tiny detail was attended to and they totally left my yard and house immaculate when they left.  For anyone reading this review, I strongly urge you to choose this company - you will not be disappointed.  I will call them back in the spring to repaint the interior of my house.  Thank you Phil and crew for a fabulous job! <br /> <br />

The crew arrived on time and explained to me exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take.  They were very efficient and fulfilled every promise they made.  They even allowed me to change color schemes midway through the job with no extra expense involved.  When the job was complete, they cleaned up and left leaving a house that looked brand new!!!  I have already recommended them to others who have commented on my house and how good it looked. <br />

I purchased a new home and needed a paint job in the bedrooms and den.  I saw your ad on Angie's List and the price was very reasonable so I decided to take a chance.  This was one of my first purchases on Angie's List. <br /> We had a little time crunch thing going on but Phil accommodated us.  The work was very good. <br />

The two-man team showed up 30 minutes late, but were very professional (asked if they could play a radio while they worked, worked quietly and cleaned up after themselves).  I thought the man I had been talking to about scheduling the job was going to show up, although I wasn't told that specifically. For future reference, I think it would be good to be told who to expect (i.e. Bill and Joe). I didn't feel that 30 minutes late was an issue, but would want to know if it was going to be more. Before leaving they went out of their way to lend my husband a hand with a ceiling fan. Overall a very good experience. <br />

Painters arrived on time and began taping, laying down floor covers, and moving furniture. They finished painting kitchen, family room and entryway in one day. The three painters were professional and courteous.The work was done to our satisfaction and will hire them again to paint the rest of the house. <br />

The owner of the company contacted me promplty after I purchased the promotional deal on Angies List to schedule and appointment. They picked up the paint from Home Depot that I wanted. They also filled in the holes and dents that I had on my garage walls before they started painting. They painted my walls and also did the epoxy coat on the flooring. They fininshed the job within one day. Very proffessional and did everything in a timely manner. I would definatly use them again. <br />

I was initially disappointed in that they couldn't schedule the work in May when I purchased the Angie coupon but I was pleased with the September date we agreed on on so that the painting would be done during cooler weather.  They were polite, helpful and accomodating throughout the process.  The price was excellent as I used the promotion coupon purchased on Angie's list. <br />
