Pro P & Remodeling LLC is a General Contractor Company. We believe that authenticity matters. Whether it’s a new home design/build, an addition, renovation, home improvement or commercial construction — it’s our feeling that each project should truly reflect the uniqueness of each client. Regardless of the project’s size or scope, the spaces where people live and work matter too much for us to build something that isn’t true to who they are as individuals – or to who we are as builders. Pro P & Remodeling LLC honors the trust people put in us. When we started out 8 years ago, it never occurred to us to do things any way but the right way. It's not whether the materials are exotic or conventional, it's that they are selected based on paying careful, individual attention to the client's vision. We don't have a formula we employ for each project; we don't use cookie-cutter templates; we don't rely on materials that make things easier at the expense of quality.

I hired Ricardo/Pro Remodeling for my renovation. He is one of the best GCs in NJ. His team is the hardest working team i have ever met, they always came to work on time and worked late everyday. Very professional, very respectful to people and to your belongings, they take great care and pride in their work. Ricardo worked with our budget and made our dream house a reality. He kept us informed of timeline and details of the work being performed, picked up the phone every time we called him. His suppliers pricing was reasonable. Ricardo and his team gave us great ideas during the renovation to make sure we utilize every square footage of the house. I would absolutely hire him again.

really happy to finally enjoy the outside of my home for the first time in 3 years. Ricardo was responsive and professional. easy to message and get in touch with during the whole process. new sunroom and decks. it was great they also did things like power washing and painting my fence and ripping out old landscaping. easy to get everything done that way. as a woman, it was easy to talk to Ricardo and he didn’t make me feel weird or dumb. very professional.

There are not enough words to express how excellent Ricardo and his teams of professionals are. They never missed a day—and are some of the most hard working people I have ever come across. When it snowed, they would come clean the snow. The communication is on point. Our project was a home renovation loan on a 60s Cape cod. We closed on the house on October 22, and Pro P wasted no time and started the demo on October 26. Our house is completely done (in April). It was basically a new construction. The work completed down to the last detail was perfect. All his team of subcontractors and professionals were wonderful. The paint looks amazing. The electrical work is on point. It was like working with a friend. This company is really good at what they do. Don’t work with anyone else—they’re hands down the best and delivered an amazing end result. We’re in awe of how beautiful everything is. Ricardo made sure we were happy about everything. He was fair about any upgrades. Excellent communication, excellent service. Highly recommend- would hands down work with PRO P Remodeling again and again! I could go on and on! I wish them continued success!

Ricardo came in originally for a kitchen renovation which included replacing the existing tile floor, as well as the hardwood floors that were on the rest of the downstairs area. However, after seeing the speed and quality of his work we decided to add further work to be done. We then asked him to also add a new crown and base moldings, paint the entire interior and then replace the old laminate flooring that were all across the upstairs. Needless to say him and his team have done an excellent job. Ricardo is very thorough and goes over every detail with the homeowner so they fully understand what will happen throughout the course of the renovation. He has a great attitude and I could not be happier that we chose him out of the handful of contractors that we had brought in to bid on the job. He was also very competitively priced so it didn't feel like we were breaking the bank when adding all the additional work. Without question I would recommend him and his crew to anyone looking to get some work done.

I've had contractors before who really gave me headaches and aggravations and who acted like Prima Donnas..Not this group. My project was done by Ricardo and his colleagues and they were very courteous and polite and their price was very reasonable. I am completely satisfied with the results!!!
