Jeff returned my call promptly to schedule a time to come look at problem. Was very quick and reasonable with an estimate. Repair was made in a timely manner. Would recommend calling him with all your roofing needs.

Hands down a great company! They came out gave me my estimate which was above satisfactory considering they were the lowest out of four estimates i had recieved. They were kind and professional. They also came back 2 days later to check on the roof to make sure everything was good and we were happy with the job! I highly recommend pro roofing llc. If anyone has roof issues.

Prices were good, service was excellent. Jeff was very communicative about what was going to be done, and what it would cost. He also came out during the weekend since a storm was coming, and finished the roof before the storm hit! Highly recommend, no leaks since the repair and the roof looks phenomenal!

I reached out to this company who posted in my local neighborhood group on facebook Bithlo Pride and told them I probably can't afford much but I need I need help. told them the situation and how life has been miserable and they are going to help me free of charge! I'm using my mom's profile who lives with me and I take care of her and have a lot going on so can't work regular jobs so I do side jobs and rideshare when I can so I never though I would be able to live normally again unless a miracle happened and I think Jeff from Pro Roofing Repair is my miracle! Leaks were from flashing on the wall area and near a vent. He was very fast at getting the job completed and quick to respond to my issue. Would definately recommend this company to anyone that needs a great job done at a reasonable price.

Fraud . Contractor insisted on Papal deposit and would not take a credit card . After several delayed appointments showed up for 30 minutes did some miscellaneous caulking and left . Despite promising a full refund , contractor never refunded money and will not return calls. This was clearly fraud and now having trouble with Angie’s List in filing a complaint under their service provider guarantee . Do not give this contractor any money as you will never see the service or the money

"I am sorry you feel this way sir. You requested a tile repair to stop the leaks in two areas. We repaired those two spots and replaced the unbroken tiles. You never communicated that you wanted all new tiles put back in and futhermore if we would have the cost would have been way more because of the cost of tile itself. We gave you a scope of work and it stated for a repair. I provided pictures because you are in another state and was not there during the repair. The reason it only took 30 min is because i had 4 men doing the job to get it done quickly. The occupant of the home is the one that rescheduled because he had an appointment and was not going to be able to be there during the repair. My bid was 3,600 and I lowered it to $2,800 to assist your budget. The case you opened with Paypal was closed and decided in our favor that we do not owe your money back...in fact you owe us the remaining $1800.00 for the job."
