This man is a thief. His crew is lazy and unreliable. We have video footage of them never even installing what they charged for. James stood me up numerous times. He said he would show up, I would wait hours for him and he had some lame excuse until I finally realized I was being scammed. He took advantage of my friend who is elderly and took two deposits and refused to give one back. He damaged the drip line causing a leak and just left it. He left unfinished copper pipes open...it was a big mess until we hired a reliable service to fix his damage. Please do some research on this guy before you hire...I made that mistake but if you dig deeper you will see he is being sued left and right. We just did not have the energy to pursue a civil case. Even thinking about this scammer makes me upset all over again. My advice...do not hire this man. He is very charming but will scam you in the end. Beware.

Dry professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue when he was out and returned the next morning to make the repair. We will be calling him again.

The repair cost was reasonable and Mr. Bomotti called immediately after we invited his contact. He arrived within 1 hour after contacting us, and reconnected our water source to the 2 automated sprinkler controllers. i had excavated the PVC sprinkler controller line and the vertical pipe connecter to the water source, prior to James arriving on site. I backfilled the PVC trench after James departed.. The cost of his work was reasonable. Mr. Bomotti will be called again, if and when we need any sprinkler system repairs. James came at the end of the day and repaired a sprinkler system that had been damaged and was flooding water. He helped us in an emergency situation and did a great job at a reasonable price. I am extremely thankful to James and will use him for my future lawn care needs.
