He removed a leaking backflow valve and replaced it with a new one I provided. However, the new one is leaking at the new connections. I have attempted to contact him several times but he will not commit to coming to fix the faulty installation. Multiple texts have been sent with no response.

And also just know the backflow you provided wasn’t the right one that was supposed to go on there but because some one convinced you and you got that one at the end of the day it gave me a quiet a hard time as you saw it. Remember I told you that only DBC irrigation provides right stuff but you went to Ace Hardware and you didn’t listen to me so I only did what you asked me to do and they were your parts you provided not mine so you have to be true sir but thanks so much next time be patient with the technician because we know what we are doing that’s why other clients appreciate us ."
