Mike and his team transformed my property! Over the last couple of years I have been picking and choosing projects to complete and we just finished all of them. Mike has a tremendous vision and just made everything come to life. Thanks for doing such a great job! I can now enjoy my property without have to spend so much time weedwacking. The view is fabulous. The stone work in the back yard was done just in town for a get together and was a perfect place to socialize. Thanks for working with me!

ProScape NW is the best! Mike helped me come up with a plan for my property after I’ve been fretting for years about what to do with it. I have use Proscape NW for about twenty years at multiple locations. They operate a well- organized, safe, and efficient work crew. Proscape is a legitimate landscaping company.... meaning they are licensed, well-insured, and pay taxes at every level. Among legitimate landscapers, their pricing is very difficult to beat. And..... I might add.... my yards always looks fantastic!

Yes, I would use them again. It takes them about 10-15 minutes to finish the lawn. They are friendly. Their work is pretty good and overall I am pretty satisfied. There are a few things they've done that I question, like trimming my shrubs way back, but overall they are good.

their work was good. but the bark dust application co. ended up breaking some sprinklers already placed on the hillside. Didn't notice until they next spraying. So good job on their side, but the sub worked a little fast and did "C" work. Average then of "B".

We were pleased with the product and service. ProScape NW is proactive and transparent about charges and service. No surprises and quality work.

The crew was great - they worked fast and did a great job. There were some communication gaps in getting it set up but once scheduled, it was good.

Burrell, the owner, was very knowledgeable and professional. The workers were very nice and professional. The job was meticulously done. When they came back for an irrigation issue from another company, they did a great job there as well.

The re-contouring of our driveway - a double-wide shared with our neighbor (this used to be Crane Street once upon a time) - caused a steep slope and some erosion from our yard into the new driveway, which was lower and smoother than the old one.  In addition, there was a curving gap between the lower part of the driveway and the front retaining wall at the sidewalk.  Plus, stone steps that came down from the yard into the middle of the re-contoured driveway area were interrupted by the new, lower driveway, ending now in a dirt slope.  Finally, further up the driveway there was an area that would have been an obvious step up into the front yard, but was now a foot high drop over a low stone wall someone had built a few years before us. <br> <br>Burrell studied all of this with us, and made a drawing and suggestions, and saw he could utilize many of the flat stones that had been recovered from a recent garden renewal project we had done.  His quote seemed fair - and less than a ballpark we had been given by someone else - and so we went with it. <br> <br>His two stonemasons - Juan and Elevardo - worked two long, hot days on this, and accommodated a small design change mid-way through that had them re-do a little of their work.  They are great craftsmen, and knew just how to do their job.  We were hugely pleased by the result! <br> <br>

HaMike came out and gave me a quote. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. I received a drawing of the landscape plan and a price. Both were exactly what I was looking for. On the first day of the job about 6 people were in moving dirt. Everything went exactly as planned and by the third day I had a beautiful pond and landscaped yard. <br />

They do not check that their employees are doing the job on time. (trimming, fertilizing) <br />

Burrell Palmer helped us with the design.  They were professional and they did beautiful work. <br /> We are going to use them again on our side yard.

I've been using ProScape for about a year now for regular yard maintenance.  They are always prompt and professional.  In the few instances where I've needed to contact them with a question or issue, they are very fast to respond with great customer care. <br />

Burrell Palmer looked at what we had and gave us a bid to tear apart the old pond and replace the liner.  He projected the job would only take two days.  They did it in a day and a half!  Several improvements were made to make the pond maintenance much easier.  A skimmer system was installed that houses filters and the pump.  And the waterfall feature was changed to make it better.  Burrell and his crews were terrific.  They showed up on time and made everything look perfect at the end.  I will hire them again for other landscape construction jobs we need done.

Many of my neighbors use this company.  They have a very creative pricing method, which is basically $2 a minute.  You can contract for various minutes per visit and the visits can be weekly, monthly, biweekly, etc.  You have to commit to a full year of service.   <br />      They are certainly efficient!  Three guys show up in a truck.  One has a blower, one has a rake, one has clippers or lawn mower or whatever.  They blitz the front yard and leave it looking fantastic.  Amazing transformation in just 10 minutes!  Certainly cuts down the weekend drudgery for me.   <br />    My only criticism is that the work seems all cosmetic.  I have some plants that got really mushy and black over the winter, and the wilted black lump is STILL in the flower bed.  There is moss growing down the center of the driveway that is relatively slippery, and it's still there after four months.  I also don't have a lawn.  I asked them a couple of times if they would go down the side strip next to the garage (where a lot of leaves accumulate on the steps) but I never got an answer.  I emailed them twice with the same question, but the leaves are still piled up.  I would think "yard maintenance" would include removal of dead plants. <br />

We went from a grass and weed backyard with a 10x10 cracked concrete slab to a beautiful backyard with a 660sqft paver patio. He and his team completed the work in about a week. He also allowed us to complete some work ourselves to save money. Fantastic. <br /> <br />
