Freezer was given to us by my mother who bought it new in 1993. When we plugged it in it wouldn’t get cold. I Was expecting a large delivery of beef so time was critical. Paul was very responsive and arranged in short notice to have an experienced technician, Jesus, come do the repair, even located replacement parts which based on age was a challenge. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

It was a little shaky with the first 2 techs, but James came and worked on it a couple of days later. He was worth waiting for. Really professional and took care of the problem. If I need to call them again, I will only accept James.

My washer was leaking, and my dryer took 2 cycles to dry. The ProServ expert was great. Took his time to evaluate the issue, and gave me multiple options. I felt that not only did he know his stuff, but that he was honest, and trying to do the best for me. Great job!

I was ultimately unhappy with their services. I sent them communication regarding such, and they never responded. The guy who was was supposed to do drain work. He only went a few feet before he said, "Oh my God. We've hit dirt." Blah, blah, blah. And gave my wife this big ass excuse. What he didn't realize was that I knew exactly where the pipes went. So basically, he was full of crap and was trying to sell me on a big repair job on something that didn't actually need repaired. So I had my wife kick him out and I ended up hiring another contractor.
