They did a phenomenal job on my floors and it looks great. They did my basement, first floor and stairs which only took 2 days to finish.

We had a great experience working with PHW flooring, especially Joe. His entire team was very professional and patient with our requirements. We were skeptical about getting our flooring refinished because the original color was very unique, but Joe got a sample tested for us before we decided to proceed. His wood floor finisher ensured we were satisfied with the color before he sealed the floors. The refinished floors are even better than the original ones. We highly recommend PHW flooring and the entire.

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience in working with Joe and his team. We had them refinish every inch of hardwood floors in our home -- two levels of flooring, including stairway and banisters. The job came out great!! The level of care, attention to detail, and communications was outstanding. My wife and I are were so impressed with the professionalism of everyone from the company. Their pricing was also very reasonable in comparison to other companies which gave us estimates. After completion of work, when we noticed a small issue, they did not question or hesitate for a moment to get it addressed to our satisfaction. I would recommend Joe and his company to any of my friends (which I already have).

Joe and his team did a wonderful job in replacing the carpet in my basement and hallway w/ vinyl flooring. They also redid the stairs to my basement which look fantastic. Joe's hardworking team was able to complete everything in one day. I highly recommend Prospect Hardwood Flooring as they will do an excellent job at a competitive price.

If you want Natural stone work, this is the place to go to!!

I was beyond impressed. 1) they quoted me less to install a wood floor in my kitchen than JUST the cost of wood from LL flooring. 2) After I paid for they’re services I found an issue with some paint flecks that ended up on the floor but under the finish. They came immediately and refinished almost the entire project, no questions. It looks perfect. I don’t often write online reviews, but this is the kinda small business we all want to have and work with.

Very accommodating and flexile.One of the best home improvement experiences. We had hardwood flooring installed. The installers were polite punctual and helpful. Joe the owner came to check on everything himself. The floor is beautiful. Definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Work crew was professional and did a good job matching the floor color to existing rooms that I was not refinishing. The owner also checked in a number of times to make sure the work was going as expected. Very happy with the job.

Efficient and effective. They did a great job both installing new flooring in the master bedroom and refinishing old hardwood to match the new hardwood flooring. I have another two bedrooms s that I plan to have them return to refinish. Their work on the stairs is exceptionally good.
