We've had Prospect to our house twice. The first time was an entire floor installation on our main level. Beautiful natural finish red oak. The second time they put the same red oak on the stairs, 2nd level landing/hall, and our master bedroom. Exceptional service and attention to detail. The Installation Team was quick, but detailed - they've done this before, and you can tell. Mike is great to work with and knows the work. Jody in the office was very responsive and so friendly. I'm not sure how my wife found them, but if I need flooring and live in their service area, I know who to call.

Very pleased with Prospect Hardwood Flooring. Not only did they give me the lowest and most reasonable quote, the job was done very quickly and efficiently. Once I signed the contract, Jodi kept me updated on what’s to come in terms of the schedule, choice of stain color, etc. The crew arrived early and ready to work—no time wasted! They were polite and respectful and did a very good job refinishing my floor. I will hire them again for another floor refinishing work!

We had an outstanding experience with Prospect Hardwood Flooring from start to finish. From the initial estimate and contract to preparation, execution, progress updates, accommodating change requests, and final follow-up, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. Jodi kept communication clear and timely, always explaining the process and setting expectations properly. Mike was a pleasure to work with and genuinely committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We refinished about 2,000 sq ft of living space. The team carefully moved furniture, patiently worked with us on stain selection, and paid great attention to detail when patching, sanding, coloring, and filling gaps. The result truly feels like a brand-new home. The new color and finish look even better than we imagined. We’re extremely happy and highly recommend them.

Poor quality installation: broken boards, huge gaps, cracks, and chips. They don't have any quality control, so you better be prepared to stand up for yourself as a customer. I had to call them back and redo a poor job, TWICE. And they didn't even apologize (were actually very defensive). And there's still stuff that can't be fixed since the installation was so poor the first time around. Mike seemed like a nice guy and he came for the initial estimate, but after that, never saw him again, only the workers came to the house, and the whole thing went down hill. If I were to do it again I'd go somewhere else and save my time and energy.

We are so happy with our floors. They did a great job. I was very impressed with everything. I will be recommending prospect floors to everyone I can!

I highly recommend Prospect Hardwood Flooring. The entire staff are amazing to work with. They finished our main level quickly and were always polite and professional. The LVP is beautiful and the quality is outstanding. Now we just want to do more of the floors because we are so pleased.

DONT USE - This was the second time I've used Prospect HW Flooring. The basement job was done well, but the kitchen job was not. The crew sent to remove the tile didn't have the right tools, so I lent them mine. The subfloor install went well. A couple of months after the install of the LVP, it began to buckle in numerous places, and detach from the other planks. Within a year there were over a dozen areas coming up. Their first attempt to fix was with glue, which didn't hold. During that visit the workers complained to each other about the poor quality of the original install. The second attempt to fix meant pulling several planks, which are now great, but the rest of the kitchen is still buckling.

Amazing customer service from both Mike and Jodi, very responsive be it for providing quotes, setting up a time to do the job or to address concerns and questions. I like that Mike actually measured the area to be refinished and provided a professional quote rather than a random amount. Their contractors were also professional in their behavior and got the job done a day ahead of schedule. My floors look rich and alive after the refinishing. Will definitely reconsider them for any flooring job in future.

Prospect Hardwood did an amazing job on our new home. We have been updating an almost 100 year old home, and with all the renovations on top of the initial state of the floor I was concerned about how well/if the floors would be able to be brought back to their original condition. Prospect Hardwood was on time, efficient and restored the floors far surpassing our expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
