Fantastic Roof Cleaning, LLC

I put in a job order for a pressure wash of the pavers of my driveway, walkway from driveway to my front door, and patio via an online home improvement website on 20 Jan 2022. In my phone call, a representative (perhaps the owner DeAndre) called me the same day late in the afternoon to schedule an appointment for the following day. On that phone call that person confirmed that a PRESSURE washing service for $200 and scheduled service between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm on 21 Jan. A 2-man team arrive and completed the work between the scheduled time. I told them to wash all windowsills of green mold growing at the bottom as well (their equipment would already be deployed in the vicinity of all 4 windows). I asked for terms of payment as they were on the walkway and they said cash (I cannot recall if they said check as well, but cc not accepted). I also stated that I confirmed a pressure washing job and that was not happening; they were spraying some liquid (which was at least part chlorine as it could be smelled VERY strongly). They said that they do not pressure wash as they are a soft wash company;. They then stated that the payment was $300 when I asked. I stated that I thought $200 that I was quoted on the phone was very high. They stated that the job is bigger than they thought. I negotiated the price and could not get them below $250. I was already very irritated that the pressure wash confirmation was bait switch, and their response to that was that they would come back for free if anything grew back in the treated areas for 2 years. That sounded acceptable if true because weeds paver maintenance is frequent, requiring typically more than 3 interventions annually. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. There were paver weeds in less than 2 months. Called ******* to get guarantee service was told company out of business. But he could refer me to another business to get a discount rate. I told him that I would never accept a referral from him.

They are not professional, they are not taking care of the problem they did, and I do not recommend it.

Stay clear of a company

Responded quickly and came out the next day. My only concern is that I was told I had 17 cracked tiles that needed sealing, which they did. However, I was told I would get before and after pictures of those cracked tiles, but I did not receive them. Having that done doubled the cost to do the roof and I would have appreciated seeing the work that was done since I am not able to get up on my roof.

They rip people off. They try to sell you a bunch of stuff you do not need. They did not roll the sealer on they sprayed it on. This did not set well with me at all.

They were good but the sealing of my pavers were messed up by front door. I called next day and they said they would come but did not.

Pleasure to work with this company

After about 50% of my plants turned brown from whatever was used to clean the roof they sent a lawn company out and reported to me that they have them on a monthly schedule of maintenance until the problem is resolved. My hope is that they will Come back and that this company continues to follow through with their promises. I will continue to update this site through the process. Update: after 4 months of constant time-wasting text and unkept promises they replaced some plants. The tree they replaced looks like Charlie Browns Christmas tree and we will need to replace ourselves. The large areas of grass were never replaced. Very disappointing experience.

Quick response and started job as said. Didn?t like pictures of before and after, just a bunch of random pictures. Failed to clean small area covering front door, but returned and cleaned after I brought it to their attention, which was good. No difference in the way driveway looked after power washing. Disappointed that I didn?t receive a call stating that driveway needed more attention, or at least a recommendation on how it could be cleaned.

Horrible customer service and work ethic. The absolute worst experience I have had with a contractor. The initial job had spots on my home that were completely missed during the power wash. The lanai was not sealed correctly and looked horrible. They returned twice and were unable to correct the issues with the lanai, after which 5 additional appointments for repair were scheduled, all with no -show from anyone from the company. I had to hire another contractor to remove the failed sealant, then power was and re- seal the lanai. There is still sealant on the screen that is not able to be removed. It has been a huge headache, time-consuming, and extremely costly. Undoing the damage done by Fantastic Roof ended up costing me more than going with another contractor in the first place. Horrible experience. Would avoid at all cost.

They were fast and efficient and made sure to do a walk through with me to confirm I was pleased with the job they did.

Fantastic Roof Cleaning was that, FANTASTIC, and more!! I put in a request late last night to which they immediately responded by text saying that they could be at my house in the morning. They kept me informed of their arrival time and were even early. They did an amazing job of pressure washing and treating my sidewalks, driveway, patio and house for $1200!! (It’s a 5,000 square foot house on a corner builders acre lot). They sent me pictures of all of the areas they worked on and everything has a two year warranty!! The guys were really professional and very friendly. They worked really hard (they had to work even while it was raining). I can not give them a higher recommendation…if I could, I would!!
