Pros Plumbing installed a primary sump pump and a battery-backup sump pump at our home. The manufacturer gives a 3-year warranty on both these pumps but Pros Plumbing wrote “1-year warranty” on the receipt. Eighteen days after installation, they had to repair the backup pump. We paid a total of $2,075 and, within 1 year and 10 months, both pumps failed. We tried to call Pros Plumbing several times but their voicemail box was full and we couldn’t leave messages. So we used the “contact us” option on their Web page then we emailed them because this was an emergency. No response. We contacted someone else since a second opinion was in order. It turns out that the primary pump was junk according to our new plumber, the backup pump was a good one but was installed incorrectly (a part was glued in a way that should never have been done), and the battery was worthless. After this, we finally got a call-back from Pros Plumbing. This says it all. We were scammed.

Great! Shower drain pipe was replaced that was cracked , blocked sink was snaked out and cleared. Price was reasonable for Work involved. Work was done very professionally and completely.
