I thought one component was broken, but the tech. was able to tighten the screws on the cap and that took care of that leak. Nice that he saved us some money by not doing an unnecessary replacement.

The first initial appointment went great but because it was getting into the fall, decided to not fix the problem. We were told the price would be honored in the Spring when we were ready to fix it. We scheduled an appointment for them to come out in a week and everything was fine. I received a phone call the day after stating they would not honor the original quote because it had been done by a former employee. They said they needed to come out and reevaluate the problem, which I was fine with but would not honor the amount that was quoted to me back in the fall. The General Manager was extremely rude on the phone, would not listen, kept interrupting me and had terrible customer service. I had already paid them in the fall to find the problem, so I of course wanted to utilize their services again. The lack of understanding as a business was mind blowing to me and the fact that the general manager argued with me was something I had never experienced before. I will definitely be telling my friends to NOT use this company!

Outstanding!!! Replaced an 18-year old controller. Did additional troubleshooting and discovered a wiring problem in the valve box--and fixed it immediately. Crew called ahead, arrived promptly, focused on the tasks at hand, and taught me how to program the new controller. My first time using this company...but I guarantee I will be using them for all my sprinkler service needs in the future.

I called on a Wednesday and they came out the following day. The whole project took 3 hours. Justin was wonderful. He listened to what I wanted done, made some suggestions and did all of the repairs exactly as I wanted. I plan on using Pro Sprinkler in the future and will be asking for Justin!

Everyone from salesman, office, and workers were very professional. They were punctual and worked very hard. The job was completed in just under 2 days. I would definitely recommend this company.

It went wonderful. Josh was on time and very professional. The work performed is great. All sprinklers are fully functional and programmed so I don't have to do anything else.

Dustin came out and did an entire walkaround review of my system. I am a new home owner, so asked him to review everything. He inspected everything, told me what was more of an urgent fix and what could wait. He added 1 sprinkler, moved 2, added heighth on 2, replaced probably 8-10 nozzles, and fixed 2 leaks for just over $200. I originally called for one leak but we found a second leak behind the shed that was a geyser shooting probably 20' feet in the air that had busted open. I am now confident in my system and will probably easily save the $230 I spent in water saved over this Summer from the 2 fixed leaks, the adjustment of the nozzles and wasted water, and since he gave me a recommendation on how to set my schedule (was set by previous homeowner for 4 days/week for 30 min. each zone, now doing 3 days/week at 8 min. each zone). Will use Dustin again for sure.

Josh came out and gave me an estimate, walked me through the basics (connecting to the main water line, backflow preventer / city permit / inspection needed, zoning for specific areas). Once I chose to go with them, Chuck came out and marked the zones with flags the night before the team came to start the work. They arrived early, right when they said, and got right at it. They completed pretty much all of the major work in a day (all the zones and controller set up), leaving only the main run from the water pipe to the backflow preventer uncovered for the city to inspect. The workers did an excellent job of cleaning up after doing the work, and while there are scars in the yard where they did the trenching for the pipes, they're not particularly large, and should fill back in quickly. The next day, after inspection was complete, they finished filling in the remaining trenches. And the following day, Chuck came out to verify that the work was satisfactory, which it was. After setting up the controller (wifi), and running the system for a bit, I noticed that one of the sprinkler heads was leaking slightly, called Josh and he came out to take a look. Turns out it was just a loose bleeder valve, and while he was there, he adjusted one head that was really only watering the garden bed edging and got that pointed in the right direction. Both Chuck and Josh were great to work with, I would be happy to work with them again, if needed.

Great job, done quickly

I called because they were recommended here on Angie's List. The office staff was very responsive, and they came out promptly. I had three serious problems with their work: 1) Their worker showed up without the equipment he needed to do the job. So he hid behind his van smoking for over an hour as he waited for his partner to come with the tools. Then they charged me for this down time! 2) When they left my house, they did not fill in two of the holes they dug in the front yard. 3) I then had troubles with other zones and, after this bad experience, I called a different company. Turns out that ProSprinklers cut wires to two switches that had been working properly--ones that were in the one of the boxes they dug up but did not refill in #2 above. That cost me another $150.

Went great. Josh gave us an estimate within a few days of calling. Everything was explained thoroughly at the time of the estimate. We were called the next week to determine if we'd made a decision. When we called with a definitive answer, we were told about when they would come. Chuck came and spent a lot of time flagging the yard. The installers came the next day and then finished up the day after. Same afternoon, Josh and Chuck came to explain how the system worked. We opted for Wi-fi control, and that was also thoroughly explained. This might have been the best service experience we've had. We couldn't ask for anything better. We were told they would return in six weeks to see how everything was working, but to call anytime with questions.

The crew showed up on time and was professional. They got the work done quickly and were fair in their pricing. The sprinkler works well, and the controller is easy to use. We would recommend them.

<p>Dustin was the lead techician he explained what was needed to be done and he and his co worker proceeded</p> <p>to fix my problems one by one.  They were professional and did an excellent job.</p>

<p>I had moved one flower bed and gotten rid of another so I need the flowerbed style heads to be moved and a lawn-type head to be put in.  Also, there were three others here and there that were spraying either too much or were misaligned.</p> <p>I called three days ago and was put on the schedule for this morning.  The technician showed up exactly on time (after calling me first).  He was done in about an hour.  Everything was done as I requested and now the system works great.</p> <p><br></p>
