Very Unprofessional and rude. I am doing my part of letting other members know they use Groupon etc. for bait and switch tactic. They advertise at low ball price i.e. all house vents cleaned for $119, then when we have already bought it, you call them then they give ridiculous pricing (i.e. ceiling vent for $100 each, $40 for each intake; all of this is additional to there advertised cost). Above all a very unprofessional attitude. Guys trust me; stay clear from this company. I have already foregone my $119 and I don't plan to work with them.

Received my cleaning on 1/30/14. I bought the initial package through Groupon. At the cleaning, I was up sold a stain pre-treatment and stain guard after treatment by the technician. He also offered me a three cleaning special for $150, which I bought. Before he left, I expressed concern over our high traffic areas still being stained. He told me it would lighten as the carpet dried.  That was just the beginning... <br /> I'm not sure what they used to pre or post treat, but it gave me a such a headache!  I'm self-employed and work from a home office.  Even after throwing all the windows open in the dead of winter, I was unable to work from home for two days because of the headache and throat irritation due to the chemicals used on the carpet. I partially lost my voice at one point. <br /> Shortly afterwards, we put our house on the market. After our first showing, the feedback we received was that our carpets were ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, especially in the high traffic areas...the very areas that I had pointed out to our cleaning technician. Desperate, I bought a $4 bottle of Spot Shot and saturated the areas of concern. Wow! I got up so much filth it turned my towel BLACK. I spot checked other areas and again, got up black filth. <br /> I called ProSteamers that afternoon and left a voicemail as it was then that my concerns with the cleanliness of the carpets <br /> was brought to light.  As I said, I left a voicemail.  We continued to play phone tag as they do not answer their phones.  Today, when I finally was able to speak with a company representative, I explained that I was willing to be out the $$ from Groupon & the pre/post stain treatments I purchased (even though I was suckered into purchasing something that didn't work) , but I'd like <br /> the completely UNUSED $150 three extra cleaning packages that I purchased, refunded since I wouldn't use them, nor would I recommend ProSteamers to ANYONE in the future. I was told that a refund of any kind was not an option because unbeknowst to me, there was a 10 day refund period, but that I could give the package to friends or family as gifts. Again, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family ever.  As of now, none of my friends, family, or my Realtor would take said package after seeing what was or shall I say wasn't done to my carpets.  <br /> To correct the problem with the initial cleaning they are coming back and cleaning again at no charge, however, I am reluctant as it should have been correctly the first time and I am not looking forward to further headaches or illness.  <br /> I still believe the I should be refunded the completely UNUSED $150 three additional cleaning package as their initial service was worse than the $4 bottle of Spot Shot from Wal-Mart and the subsequent customer service has been less than pleasant. <br />

I knew from the start that I was going to have to pay for extra pet staining services since I had taken in a stray dog who was not housebroken.  Pre-spotting pet stains and odor, carpet protection, and getting my sofa cleaned were extras that I didn't mind paying. If you are set on a certain price, they will work with you, but I needed much more than the typical carpet cleaning.  I felt their prices were fair and reasonable and the quality of the steam cleaning was worth it. <br />

He did a great job cleaning the ducts; there was no mess (I guess I was anticipating stuff flying all over the place, but that wasn't the case at all).He was here probably about an hour and was very efficient. The Groupon was a great price for $59; however, the return air was not included and that was an additional $35 which I did ask him to do. He did try to sell me a 2-year contract for duct cleaning but I chose not to take that offer. <br />

2 men showed up - they were only a few minutes late and had called before to let me know they would be a bit late. They were very mannerly and got to work quickly after I showed them the rooms needing carpet cleaning. They were done pretty quickly, the paperwork was minimal, and they appreciated the small tip I gave them. <br />

This was a Groupon sale that my wife had purchased for cleaning an unlimited number of air ducts in our home.  On arrival, we learned that the return lines were an extra charge, which I declined, but later decided to pay the extra charge for that service.  I didn't know if the Groupon deal had excluded these or not so didn't say anything... we simply needed those done and since the discount price was fair, we asked the technician to do these as well. <br /> The technician (Michael) was on time as promised.  He was a young man who impressed me with this professionalism, courtesy, and respect for our property.  He took great care to not damage anything in our home and was a pleasure to have work on site.  I think he is a good asset to the company because his social skills and customer service is excellent plus he seemed very intelligent and hard working, which is not usually found with young employees.  Hopefully, the company will recognize this and promote him above his peers. <br /> The ONLY suggestion that I can offer to Michael is that with future jobs, he take a few moments before starting work to explain exactly what he will be doing and how it works.  I did question him at the conclusion of his work and he promptly answered to explain how the techniques work BUT it'd be helpful, as a consumer, to receive that info in the beginning.  He did a very good job, in my opinion, and this negative comment is only meant as an improvement critique.  I'm very pleased with how our technician performed. <br /> <br />

As far as the quality of work, he left insulation all over my home, scratched my hard wood floors and broke my thermostat causing my air to go off (it was 100+ degrees outside).  When I called the office regarding my issues, I started to discuss my thermostat.   The office employee quickly cut me off and denied any wrong doing.  "Our technician simply switched your thermostat off", they explained.  My response, "When I left 2 hours ago, my thermostat worked. Now, it doesn't.  I don't know if the technician hit it with his ladder or bumped it while cleaning the return above it, but for certain...it no longer works".  The office employee once again denied any wrong doing and took the stance of, "it's your problem, not mine".  I gave up.  I didn't even go over my wood floor, nor the mess left in my house.  I knew it would fall on deaf ears.

They were very nice, but they couldn't get the pet hair out of my carpet. I had to go back over my carpets to dry it. They added an extra charge for pet smell and stairs.

When the men arrived at my house, they explained exactly how they would proceed to clean my ducts.  They did the job thoroughly and were very friendly.  I would definitely use them again.

The experience went really well.

I paid them through a coupon. They seemed to do a good job with the cleaning. They were very conscientious about the care of the furniture; they made sure it was either moved out or protected by plastic. They overscheduled their work, though. I was actually delayed twice in being able to have them come out, which was a little frustrating. Their price was reasonable. I will use them again in the future.
