Paul was very communicative and professional. We hired Pro Team to restrain 2 patios and a rooftop deck. They came out very quickly, gave a fair quote and started work within a week after we accepted. Once the initial team was done with the work, we did have some areas that we needed to ask Pro Team to follow up on, but Paul himself came out and to finish / go over each of these areas and make sure we were happy before things were officially wrapped. Would recommend.

I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but I found Pro Team Work's service to be so out of sync with the good reviews they have here that I thought I was worth sharing my experience. I hired this company to repair some broken and rotted sections of my front porch and repaint the entire thing. First, they added a bunch of expenses to my quote the first day of work -- given, the quote was given last year initially so I did not think this was that big of a deal, but it just started a pattern of total unprofessionalism on their part. They supposedly finished the initial repairs, but left all kinds of refuse and supplies outside my house, and worse than that, failed to reattach the bottom step of the front steps creating a serious tripping hazard. Then they came and painted and left me with the impression that they had never actually painted a porch before. The work was shoddy at best with noticeable patches left unpainted. They left painters tape on the top edge of the area which isn't a big deal except it was an area they didn't even paint, making me think that they were going to paint this space then got lazy and decided not too. I had them come back to redo some of the missed areas (including all the risers on all the steps) and again, they failed to do a complete job so had to come back a third time. No one could look at my porch and claim that it was a finished job, yet every time I communicated with them they acted shocked that I was unsatisfied. Today I was outside and noticed a chunk of one of the steps they fixed was falling off again. I'm not even sure how that's possible but it fits with the overall poor quality of the work from this company. Ironically, I only went with these guys cause their quote was a bit lower than the other company that came out, but ended up being about the same with their added costs. My mistake I guess. I will give them credit for at least being responsive to my communication.

I received a call soon after requesting services to schedule a service call date. Their tech showed up on time and did a great job. This is the 2nd year I've used their services and they are consistently good. Why buy expensive gutter filters, when you can have great service performed every fall?

Absolutely terrible. I called and spoke to both the owner and the manager (before they came over to do the job) and asked that the leaves be picked up off the roof and placed into the bag - and to please not use a leaf blower since I didn't want the clutter all over my lawn. They did exactly that. I had leaves sticking on the side of the house, leaves all over the lawn, and my gutter splash pads thrown off the right of the house. The came back to pick up the leaves and did a terrible job cleaning up - still a mess. They don't care about the quality of their work. Don't bother.

It went fantastically. They came, did the work, and were out with very little face to face. The work was exactly as advertising and his hold up well for the new summer. Family loves being able to use the deck again. Thank you!

We had been using ProTeam Works for years. We had a regular scheduled gutter cleaning. The worker showed up as scheduled, but said he was unable to complete the work due to not having the tools. So he left after doing nothing. No one showed up for months to do the work, despite multiple calls. The work was eventually done after many calls and threats. We have switched to a new company and will never use them again.

Pro Team's man did an outstanding & professional job of cleaning the gutters on both the house and garage: fast; courteous & friendly; very thorough (even cleaned the screen of rainbarrel that gutter drains into); and left absolutely no debris on the grounds below gutters. Pro Team's office staff was easy to work with through the phone and emails, and its prices very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I submitted a request on Angie's List in the morning. I received a call from Doug at Pro Team Works about 1 hour later, advising me that he could send a tech out the same day. Doug confirmed the Angie's List price for service, stating I could either write a check for the tech, provide a credit card number over the phone, or mail my payment. The tech showed up about 2-3 hours later. He worked quickly and left no mess. He did a great job. This is the second time I have hired them for gutter cleaning, and will do so again in the future. I highly recommend them.

I have used this company for several years, both for window washing and gutter cleaning. They always do a good job and are fairly priced. My only complaint is that I wish they would take the leaves with them, rather than leaving them in a bag on the lawn!

The entire process of working with Pro Team Works was seamless and a real pleasure. I got a quote and booked my appointment online and today I'm sitting in my home with beautiful, spotless windows.

Used the service in twice. When another contractor was doing work on my roof he informed me my gutters had not been cleaned. My tenants complained their windows were not thoroughly cleaned. Mine were but of course I was paying the bill so they would have been. Will never use them again

I am so happy that we called Pro Team Works. They were professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. We will recommend them for sure!

Technician was finished in under an hour, said all was clear not much to cleanup. Our neighbor said two days later after a rain that the we had a hole in our second-floor gutter or something as the water was gushing over the side. Had a handyman come to put silicon over the hole which he found but he also found a completely clogged downspout from the second floor downward, and he flushed it out. Took a picture of the clogged downspout. I called ProTeam to let them know their technician did not do the job he was supposed to do and they asked me to send the picture of it, which I did. They did not call me back, I called them, and he said I am talking to the owner. Again I did not hear from them, called again 10 days later to ask about the inquiry and he said well someone else cleared it so we have nothing more to do. We just unfortunately did not do our job the first time around so that's that. Terrible customer service--did not do the job, could have resulted in more basement flooding for us, and they did nothing to communicate back to me.

The team is prompt about scheduling the appointment and the team that arrived did a great job cleaning up around the perimeter of the house and disposing of the gutter gunk.
