After calling other company who did not call me back after 24 hrs, I called PROTEC at 1:00 and they scheduled to come out the same day by 2-4pm. They sent me a text when they were on the way. They fixed my garage problem and the price was very reasonable. They also followed up with an email to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely use them again.

Very well. Only issue was with original appointment date -- their dispatcher did not follow up with the repair person to confirm he had contacted me and booked the original date discussed with the dispatcher. After clearing that up, everything went fine. Showed up on time, prompt repair, courteous and professional.

Bought the doors throw Angie's List. Chase from Protec called and scheduled time to come out. He called while he was on his way. Spent time going through options and had noted that we want some additional hardware on the doors and that the doors that we wanted would take about 3 weeks to order. Called back when doors arrived, and scheduled a mutually convenient time to come out to install. Came out and installed, doors work wonderfully. Didn't even hear him out in the garage and cleaned up any mess. Overall a Great Job! Thanks Chase.

Chase serviced my old garage door opener a few years ago and when I needed a new opener, I called him.? He was great to work with in the past and it was great working with him today.? I have used service providers on Angie's List a half dozen or so times and been mainly satisfied with all of them, but I have never had a better experience than with Garage Door Services (aka Protec). I was given an appointment time of between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. The technician Chase actually arrived at 9:45. Who arrives early in this day and age? I was grateful. It only took him a couple of minutes to determine that the safety sensor was bad. He replaced it within 10 minutes, lubed up both garage doors so they would open and close smoothly and was on his way. All told it was a 15 minute appointment and the two garage doors have never worked better. I know it was an easy fix for Chase, but I wouldn't have figured it out, so I'm grateful for not only the swift repair, but also for not feeling like I was being gouged or forced into buying things I didn't actually need. Maybe A/C repairmen and car mechanics should take a page out of Garage Door Services' playbook. You earn my business by doing honest work. Great job.  <br />
