As per Protect America'[Member Information Removed] Agreement terms and conditions, the term is for 36 months and a 30 day written notice is required to process cancellation of the account at the end of the term. We reviewed the account and calls. This information was provided on the initial recorded sales call dated October 08, 2012 and summarized again on May 16, 2017. We are able to provide a copy of the Agreement for further review. The balance on the account is valid. "Protect America has received the complaint submitted by Mr. [Member Name Removed] As per Protect America's contract terms and conditions, a 30 day written notice is required to process cancellation of the account. This information was provided to him when he initially set up the account on May 14, 2003 and was recapitulated to him on May 13, 2016.
