"I’m really sad you feel this [Member Information Removed] it is impossible to remodel your bathroom in 1 week. When we ordered the new marble wall panels for the new shower it was a 10 day turn around. Plus all of the other materials that was damaged by the mold. What I learned from this is that I need to be more clearer on the time frames it takes to perform our repairs. Thank you for your response"
